It’s always a great stay at the Hilton hotel and this stay was no different. The staff was extra courteous, kind and attentive to my needs. Upon entering I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome. The staff quickly accommodated my last minute walk-in reservation and even provided me with a room switch. As far as amenities go the only two I observed were a front entrance bar/lounge area that appeared to be well enjoyed by many guests. The seating at the bar ranged from intimate to open which I feel is extremely valuable. The bar was fully stocked with a variety of spirits and wines. Next I saw a self serve charge to your room snack area that was conveniently located near the check in station. It contained an array of items that of which even including a host of NON GMO snacks and beverages. I was told by staff there was a gym and I’m saddened I didn’t get to experience this amenity because I was on Mommy duty lol. The room was pristine with comfy mattresses that provided my kids and I with a great nights rest. The room was peaceful and quaint and contained all the essentials. My only qualm was the hair dryer wasn’t the best quality which sucked for me because I really wanted to blow out my hair. The parking was affordable and easily accessible with very observant security that helped me to feel safe about parking my car near an airport. An okay hotel, great location to the airport. We had problems with our TV and the counter people seemed to care less. It's not a very friendly, personal hotel. Would I ever go back- it's a coin flip. We went during jazz fest so the price was really good for the experience. They have shuttle to the airport which was good. I'm an Hilton honor's member but that didn't seem to matter at this hotel.

Convenient to the airport. This hotel does have a bar and nice courtyard. Breakfast is not included. Has a restaurant for your dining pleasure. I enjoyed our one night here. Pretty quiet considering proximity to airport

Ayu is FABULOUS! She was so kind and knowledgeable. She was the only one there at the counter and was still helping everyone. Hundreds of people for a luncheon plus people checking in. She is 10 stars! The banquet staff also were impeccable with their service and being such a positive part of the luncheon. My review is for 4 stars because of the parking. It's a whole SENIOR event and they are expected to know how to use the QR validation code or face consequences. And from my personal experience with it I even had trouble getting the code to work, and many other people had that trouble. So just imagine not being able to do that once let alone troubleshooting it 3 or 4 times. That's not ok! And it's not because the code was put in wrong. Hilton can do better.

I have stayed at quite a few Hiltons throughout the U.S. and have been disappointed that the Hilton name was on most of them. This location by the airport in New Orleans has lived up to my expectations of a Hilton. 1. Friendly and quick check-in in by the Great staff. 2. My room was ultra clean and spacious for a standard room at a reasonable price 170.00. 3. Nice bar area and restaurant also with very professional and nice staff. 4. Good Coffee at the kiosk which is important to me. Tried to pay for it and they comped it for me. 5. Nice Pool area. 6. Nice Gym with all Precor equipment. 7. Five-star stay for one night for me. I will return in the future. Thanks, Hilton New Orleans Airport!!! Enjoyed it!
