Jul 17, 2025 · Alex YThis inn is a wonderful hidden gem! My husband and I absolutely loved our visit and will definitely return when in the area. The owner, Betsy, was so accommodating and personable. She runs a 5 star inn! The inn was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was so comfortable with wonderful linens and pillows! The town, although very small, was quintessentially charming with a cafe next to the inn, that we visited twice. Both lunch and breakfast were delicious. The bakery across the street was sinfully good as well! I highly recommend this inn !

Sep 23, 2024 · TashonI'll start with the positive. Nice and clean. Friendly owner. The negative. Street lights directly outside window. Only shades and no curtains to block out light and street noise. When other guests arrived in the middle of the night and turned on hall lights, it was light enough to read with the light coming in the tramsom windows above room doors. No rugs in the hallway, so you can hear every footstep. There is no one for check-in or check out. It was fun to see this building but got zero sleep and wasted too much time during the confusion of check-in and out.

Aug 26, 2024 · Salty KittenWe greatly enjoyed our stay at the Historic Caledonia Inn. The Inn has the appeal of its history and yet the rooms and common areas are updated and comfortable. Betsy is a fantastic host. The Inn is conveniently located next to a coffee shop, and a bakery. Caledonia and the surrounding area make for a very good vacation destination.

Aug 21, 2023 · Dave PoliWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Historic Caledonia Inn! And getting “the tour” from owner/proprietor Betsy was a real treat. Betsy has put so much attention to preservation detail and décor. Our bed was so comfortable and the linens and towels were soft and lush. We also went the next day to tour her “Betsy’s Bed & Breakfast” a historic 1910 Sears home, built on a working family farmstead. Caledonia is a beautiful town, with a wonderful bakery, coffee shop, and restaurants. It’s a perfect Fall drive destination for leaf-peeping in the Bluff Country, and to have an overnight get-away-way.
