May 18, 2025 · Bruce LaeppleDon’t stay here: The rooms are old, the service tells it all, shocking to say the least! My room had no heat and they moved my room. Next morning only very hot water even when turned to cold. They gave a room to shower in it was the same then they opened another room way down the hallway to shower in. When I checked out I asked the GM Doreen Kenney for a discount to which she abruptly said no but will give points instead. I told her they would have no value as my experience with Holiday Inn has been bad. She basically said too bad and won’t help further. I told her I found it unacceptable I asked for her bosses email she said they didn’t have but gave me a number which one cannot get anyone on.
Apr 17, 2025 · Trevor LouwWonderful customer service! Our daughter was stranded at the airport due to a cancelled flight. Marissa kindly booked a room for us over the phone -- our daughter could use the shuttle the next morning. Thank you so much for your compassion & excellent attitude.
Jan 19, 2025 · Mindy DeanStandard overnight stay. Public areas & hallways were cold. Breakfast 'buffet' was unremarkable with scrambled eggs, sausage, & waffles. Not a lot to speak of for $12.50 each. Asked for extra pillows. Front Desk handed them to us to carry to our room. Room for 4 had 3 towels. Noisy in halls for 1:30 am. Would pass it next time.
Dec 01, 2024 · Suzie KohlerGood Standard Hotel with indoor pool and very small gym. Breakfast is tasty. Fresh vegetables and yogurt. Sadly only plastic cups for coffee and juices. Didn't use the restaurant included but very nice to have because outdoor there is only a Dunkin Donuts.
