This is a very nice Holiday Inn Express. The desk representative was very nice and welcoming. He treated me as a valued customer. The room was spacious and clean. The one downfall of this Holiday Inn Express is that it is dated. There were stains in the bathtub and on the furniture. The door trim entrance to the rooms needed a coat of paint to eliminate the chipping. The rooms including the furniture is out dated. The rugs in the room and hallway can be updated too. The reason why I feel this way is because the previous Holiday Inn Express we stayed at the night before was only five years old. Actually the water pressure at this Inn was much better than the new Inn. That said the breakfast was very good and filling. If the owner puts some money back into the building it will make it more comfortable. Overall it was clean and cozy that needed a good update. All the employees were very nice. Thank you!

Apr 15, 2025 · Peter BenvenutoConveniently located on and off expressway, comfortable place to stay, staff was nice and pleasant and had breakfast. Great one or 2 night stay place.
Apr 24, 2025 · Christine DIt was clear that one of the beds in our room did not have the sheets changed from the prior guests. There were little hairs and food crumbs all over it. The front desk person was very kind and accommodating and switched us to the room next door. Beds were much cleaner. The room was “okay” with cleanliness. However, it’s very clear they only do a quick wipe down between guests as there was dirt/dust absolutely caked on the wall under the headboard. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The only nice thing about this hotel is the front desk hospitality. It was fine for a quick one night stay, but I will most likely choose a different hotel in the area next time.
Mar 24, 2024 · ShelbyA decent Holiday Inn, rooms were old fashioned but at least clean, with modern ammenites ~ The only problem was didnt get much sleep due to the mattress but that could be a personal thing between others. Service was decent, breakfast just as good. The hotel is in a business park so its fairly decent location for where its at. Coming back here again, for another visit!
Nov 14, 2024 · Alex Deluigi (TheLoneFoxllie3)I am a little late in writing this considering it has been almost a month since I visited, but hey life happens. I checked into this hotel after making a last minute reservation. I enjoyed how clean smelling it was when I walked in, as well as the friendliness of the lady behind the counter. Check in literally took 5 mins. After getting my keys to my room, I went upstairs and walked in. The room was smelling fresh and it looked like they had just gotten done prepping it. The view into the fields outside as a definite plus and my stay overnight was very quiet. The only issues I had with this is that the air conditioner stopped working after about 2 hours of running it. I tried to turn it off and then back on but it didn’t want to respond and the tiny bottles they had in the bathroom were only half filled. To top it off I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express and they usually have body wash, shampoo and conditioner in a lock device on the wall, however I didn’t find that when I went into the bathroom. Also it is worth mentioning too that this one also didn’t have a little convenience area like the other ones I have visited in the past. The next morning came, I went down to breakfast, I was greeted by a young guy at the counter as well as a few other of the staff. The breakfast was hot and fresh and the juice was amazing. My checkout was quick and easy. Sadly I didn’t get a chance to bring my concerns to the desk or management as I was trying to get to the airport back home. If I decide to visit again I will most likely be staying here as the service was great and a very pleasant stay, (other than the items listed above). Rating this a 4/5 stars.
