Hotel guests BEWARE… room had BED BUGS!! I woke up the next morning covered in bed bug bites. I informed the front desk… and even showed pictures. Not only were there bed bugs, the towels were DIRTY and torn! Bath tub was disgustingly dirty! The front desk clerk told me they would comp our entire stay. The next day, the hotel manager Louris contacted me and tells me they are at full capacity and can not move us to another room. We did not complain, argue, fight or give any of the staff a hard time. We even stayed in the current room and just slept in the other bed. Not like it would make a difference. I am 7 months pregnant. Not an ounce of care or concern was given to us. The day we were to check out, my husband was sick and I asked if we could either have a late check out or stay an additional night. Louris was at the front desk with a woman name Loma; who is supposedly a supervisor. He told me we can check out at 2pm or stay an additional night. I went back to the room to get ready for work. 11:15am I hear a woman pounding on the door and entered our room. I am in the shower and all I hear is “YOU NEED TO CHECKOUT!” My husband is in bed SICK! I opened the door to the bathroom and asked my husband who that was. He said an Indian woman. That would be Loma. I call the front desk and Louris answered. He apologized and then said he would discount the room for the additional day we stayed. He also said that she was aware that we were either checking out late or staying and doesn’t know why she did that. While there, my card kept being charged for random charges to which no one could explain. I asked to speak to Louris when we checkout and he told me that would be fine and that he would be in at 9am. Upon checkout, he is nowhere to be found. Loma told me he would be in shortly and that she would have him call me. No call was ever made to me. I contacted the hotel an hour later and then hours later… still no call. That evening, a hotel representative said he was not there. I am leaving this review to warn others. I will be calling corporate and filing fraud against these charges!

Apr 20, 2025 · Katrina DavisThe hotel would be amazing if it didn't smell so bad like pot. In the morning and mid-day it's fine. We have stayed here 3 times and each time in the evening the pot smell is so bad it gives you a headache. Enforce the fine, make people stop smoking inside.
Mar 02, 2025 · Laura JansenBeds are very comfortable, and the front desk staff is amazing and very helpful. Just wish the pool was open. As we work nights and sleep during the day, the hotel was still very quiet, and we were able to sleep uninterrupted.
