Going into the room was greeted by roaches everywhere sink shower stove under bed enough to make me itch typing this so I immediately took my stuff back to my car sat in my car and contacted Priceline for a refund and was unsuccessful so I sat there in my car then comes security who could’ve just asked me to go in room or leave property but instead calls police as if he was hoping for some different to happen when it didn’t have to come to that I’m not coming back to the property anyway and wouldn’t advise anyone to do so but do as you please and I do have pictures and videos

The first time we went the room did not have bedding, also the refrigerator had food, and the shower still had toiletries in there as if someone just walked out and did not clean or the housekeeper....we came back to the hotel after four nights because again PRICELINE bundle. Now we are in room 275 and its molded, roaches and bunrt hotel. We deceided to sleep in the car because we had no where to go and we had to catch a plane in the morning. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
May 14, 2025 · Cierra Reedwe made a reservation several days in advance for a non smoking queen. we were met with visibly dirty floors and dead flys everywhere. the bed sheets had dirt on it and we didn’t feel comfortable staying in that room. since we already made the reservation we asked for a different room and told the front desk our issue. he then put us in an even dirtier room which was used. the bed wasn’t done, the floors were filthy, there was still trash in the garbage, and it reeked of marijuana. i’m absolutely horrified at the service and disrespect of giving us a used room that hadn’t been cleaned at all. there was still weed on the table from the last guest. we were refused a refund even despite the circumstances.
