Norcross Extended Stay Introduce

For individuals in search of "Hotels Near Of Me" specifically catering to longer durations in Norcross, Georgia, Norcross Extended Stay at 2250 Pelican Dr, Norcross, GA 30071, USA, may appear as an option. The hotel can be reached via phone at (770) 417-1088 or +1 770-417-1088. This establishment is positioned as an extended stay facility, which typically implies accommodations designed for guests requiring lodging for weeks or even months, often featuring in-room kitchenettes to facilitate a more self-sufficient stay.

When considering the environment of Norcross Extended Stay, based on widely available public reviews, it is important for prospective guests to be aware of the varied experiences reported by past occupants. While extended stay hotels generally aim to provide a home-like atmosphere with practical amenities for longer stays, the perception of the environment at this particular location seems to be a significant concern for some. Direct guest feedback describes issues such as "mold under the beds," "mold on the ceiling under sinks," and rooms and AC that "always smell like mildew." One reviewer explicitly mentions "black mold" and advises caution, particularly for families with children, due to potential health implications. There are also mentions of "people on the stairs all day everyday," which could suggest a lively, or at times, less private, communal atmosphere. The overall presentation of the property, as perceived by some guests, may not align with typical expectations of a clean and well-maintained extended stay environment. It is crucial for anyone considering this location to weigh these environmental descriptions carefully and perhaps consider a personal visit if possible, or consult more recent reviews, to form their own judgment on the current conditions.

Regarding services, extended stay hotels generally offer a more streamlined service model compared to full-service hotels, with a focus on providing essentials for longer durations. This typically includes a front desk for check-in and basic inquiries, and often self-service laundry facilities. However, based on the provided customer feedback, there are significant concerns raised about the service quality and staff interactions at Norcross Extended Stay. One review specifically highlights a "nosey" staff, singling out "the Spanish lady that work in the office," and describes staff who "will literally single certain people out to be in there business." Another severe complaint mentions discrimination, with a guest stating that the hotel "will with no problem discriminate you right in your face." Furthermore, the guest recounts an experience of being told to leave by 8:00 AM without prior warning about noise from their children, and states that the hotel "don't give refunds under any circumstance even if you paid $369 and it was an hour later." These accounts suggest potential issues with communication, customer service, and policy enforcement, which are critical aspects of a satisfactory extended stay experience. Additionally, the presence of "drug dealers and prostitutes to be on the grounds all day," as alleged by one reviewer, points to significant safety and operational concerns that would impact the overall service environment.

The features of an extended stay hotel typically revolve around providing apartment-style conveniences. This often includes kitchenettes or full kitchens within the rooms, usually equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop, allowing guests to prepare their own meals and save on dining expenses. Free Wi-Fi is also a standard feature, essential for both work and leisure during a longer stay. Guest laundry facilities are another common amenity, providing convenience for residents. While the specific standard features of Norcross Extended Stay are not detailed in the provided information, typical extended stay properties aim to provide these foundational elements. However, the existing reviews predominantly focus on negative experiences, overshadowing any potential positive aspects of the room features. The repeated mention of having to go through "4 different rooms just to find one that was decent" implies an inconsistency in room quality and maintenance. The discomfort caused by "mold" and "mildew" odors suggests that even if rooms are equipped with standard extended stay features, their usability and comfort might be severely compromised. For an extended stay, features like functional air conditioning and a clean, comfortable living space are paramount, and the reviews indicate significant shortcomings in these areas.

As for promotional information, hotels often highlight competitive weekly or monthly rates, special discounts for longer stays, or direct booking incentives. However, when considering Norcross Extended Stay, the overwhelmingly negative customer feedback presents a stark counterpoint to any traditional promotional efforts. While price might initially be a draw, as one reviewer mentioned "thinking it was going to be good because of the price," the subsequent experience of "discrimination" and lack of refunds under any circumstance fundamentally undermines any perceived value. Promotional messaging for any hotel emphasizes positive attributes and guest satisfaction. In this instance, the strong criticisms regarding cleanliness, staff conduct, and problematic on-site activities would make it exceptionally challenging to promote the hotel effectively through standard channels. Prospective guests actively searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" who prioritize a safe, clean, and respectful environment for themselves and their families, especially for an extended stay, would likely find the unedited guest reviews to be a more influential factor than any basic promotional claims. The severe nature of the complaints, including allegations of black mold and the presence of illicit activities, would necessitate a very cautious approach from any potential guest.

Me and my girl and my two sons move there thinking it was going to be good because of the price waiting on income tax to moving into an apartment so because they are privately owned they will with no problem discriminate you right in your face and whoever is in the office they allow drug dealers and prostitutes to be on the grounds all day they never gave us a warning about loudness with our kids went to go pay and they said you have to leave by 8:00 I advise anyone to stay there unless it's 2 days because they are going to find a way to discriminate against you and take your money and they don't give refunds under any circumstance even if you paid $369 and it was an hour later

Awful, at front desk a man who seemed up to something starts looking at my paperwork and I get put in the room next to him. He stands in His doorway staring at me. Nothing is said. I left when the AC would not cool the room after 4 hours. I was told the front desk was closed and nothing could be done for another room. He said a night person would be in adjacent room which never showed up. I am 69 years old so I had to go to another motel and pay a second time for the night. The place is unsafe, the room was not up to par and the staff is unprofessional. They should for sure refund for the room that was empty! I called the next day too and was guaranteed a representative would call. No call whatsoever!

The guy that runs this place is the rudest and the most unfriendly person i have ever met. It really seems like he needs a good old fashioned talked to for that attitude of his, and I will never stay here again and would recommend to find a different place or sleep in ur car

The rooms are tore down they have roaches! They gave me a runaround about getting back my deposit! They have a tap, and pay machine, but they do not accept tap and pay! That can be a convenience to us all!! The only positive thing I can say about this area or this extended stay is the price.
