However, the flooring and the carpets really needs to be refurbished. Additionally the one specific lady at the front desk hates her job and doesn’t want anything to do with late checkout or early checkout. As a gold member on business trip, one would expect some professional and courtesy from the front desk agents during winter storms. Sadly I won’t be returning for my future business/ personal trips and will not recommend to other employees visiting DE sites. Use the Hyatt across the parking lot. They seem be better managed

I emailed and attached pictures of the rooms to the front office manager and director of housekeeping. I chose this hotel based on the reviews and pictures. I will not return to this location.

Our room was only provided with 1 towel and it also had dirty sheets left in the closet for the pullout couch. He gave me 2 extra towels and said they don’t have any sheets. Long story short, the guy pictured below threatened to call the cops and remove me because I needed stuff for my room and I asked when the manager would be in. He should no longer be allowed to work the front desk
