Other than the bed being comfy and Mr James being very kind, this was not a good experience. From poor communication, to offering a wake up time(which they don’t do because there are no phones in the room), to giving the wrong shuttle times. I could go on but I would definitely not recommend .

I recently stayed at the hotel for my daughters sweet 16 that was up the road. The staff was absolutely amazing. They are very stern about policy's but once they get to know you, they are absolute GEMS! Every request was met. No one bothered us and I'm sure we half of the 2nd floor and no one bothered us. I would definitely stay again. One thing I wasn't a fan of was the smell in the hallways. A bit strong for our liking. Looking to see if we book our Wedding renewal here!

One of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a room online with no warning that the hotel was undergoing major construction. I still paid full price. At 7 AM the first morning, I was abruptly woken up by loud drilling and hammering right through the walls. I called the front desk to complain—it took them 20 minutes to get the construction to stop. I asked to speak with the manager, but she wouldn’t be in until after 10. I returned to the hotel around 8 PM, only to find out she had already left for the day. The receptionist apologized and said she had informed the manager of my situation. When I explained that I paid full price but was disturbed by construction noise, the front desk clerk response was: “Brother, I’m sorry—no compensation, no discount.” Avoid this hotel at all costs.

My room was completely disgusting. There was stains on the floor, the curtains, the sheets, the showers. There was dirt all over the floor. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were used. The shower was stained and dirty We got up and left. We were in our room for a total of six hours just to sleep I would never recommend this hotel to anybody and their customer service is absolutely horrible.

This place deserves 0 stars. Appalling customer service. Hotel shuttle to the airport is a joke (has you wait over an hour so that a group eating lunch can “finish their meal” before the shuttle takes off, very very rude front desk staff both the night staff and morning staff were horrible, the hotel room was dirty, I can’t tell you enough, stay anywhere else.
