Horrible, stay away. Indian lady was so rude. She declined my card twice. Farted while I was checking in. Then is rude to a person staying there already, telling him he couldn’t hang out in the waiting area in reception. The smell of the hallway and being hot makes it a walk through hell. Bathroom tub was nasty, it had someone’s Hair in the drain and the door wouldn’t shut. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee tasted horrible they only offer toast, poorly made coffee, cereal and mini muffins, not lying. Then an elderly Indian man was roaming the dining area and hallways!!! . My first choice for hotel was days inn but they were booked :( never returning.

Jul 22, 2019 · Gabriela RodriguezIf they had no stars that is what this place would be, horrible service! The hotel is mediocrely being remodeled. The bathroom was dirty with feces on the toilet, after telling the housekeeper, she took some toilet paper, ran it under the water and rubbed it off, and said it was fine. I was so disgusted! After countless effort trying to communicate with her, she was not understanding me and we did our own cleaning since we were in town for a funeral. At the end we checked out, they were refusing to give us a receipt. Mind you its 3am, no one else is needing help and the front desk clerk was rude, unwilling to help or give us a receipt. After going back and forth with her, she finally slammed it down on the desk for me. We will NEVER be back again nor recommend ANYONE to stay. Stay away!
Jul 09, 2019 · Jessica GomezThe location is inconvenient, it is set behind another building and very difficult to find for taxi and rideshare drivers. Front staff was very rude when checking us in, and ran our card three times without asking, locking us out of our account. We also requested a room with a fridge and microwave, but did not receive one. The room is mediocre, not very visually appealing. Peeling wallpaper, a few bugs, etc. Continental breakfast is a smaller variety, but satisfactory. There doesn't seem to be concierge service. The elevator is almost too small to fit yourself and luggage. Overall not the worst place, but definitely would stay elsewhere.
Jul 02, 2017 · Ria PerezThe door to get into my room had to be manhandled to get it open. The rubber tub stopper had mold on it. The toilet wasn't clean. The bed was nice, but the blanket wasn't much and the mattress pad was dirty. There were no open electric plugs, the front desk workers were nice but unorganized. The breakfast was not worth eating, all of the food looked old. I paid 46 a night, but it should have been 25-35 a night.
Oct 14, 2016 · Amos GappI stayed here for 11 days, so got to know the place quite well. The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were polite (although depending on who was on shift the helpfulness varied). The continental breakfast was adequate to start the day, two types of small muffins, several types of fresh bagels, selection of fruit and a couple of types of cereals. There is coffee / orange /apple juice available all day. The hotel itself was very quiet, no issue with any noise (other than the freeway outside), even when it was busy, which tends to be on a Friday / Saturday night. Plenty of parking space and several Gas stations in easy walking distance, the nearest of which serves a large range of wine and beers at a reasonable price.
