My family of five had a great two-day stay at the Hyatt during a weekend family adventure to Bethlehem. The room (two queens plus sofa bed) was massive, enough for all of us and all our stuff. It was also very quiet. The staff was very helpful, bringing extra pillows up to our room when we asked, and making suggestions when we wanted to order a pizza to our room. The included breakfast was full of options to satisfy the varied palates of my crew. I also made use of the fitness room (small but clean), and my kids used the pool (tiny and a bit cool as far as temperature, but welcome indoor fun during a chilly spring break). The location couldn't have been better, and the parking garage right next door ($12 for 24 hours with unlimited entries/exits) was really convenient. I would stay there again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Apr 15, 2025 · Marnie RosenbergAn amazing spot conveniently close to a variety of food, entertainment, and leisure options many within walking distance. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, featuring an automatic AC and heat ventilation system, which kept the temperature comfortable. However, the shower temperature was inconsistent during my week-long stay lukewarm for the first three days and scalding hot for the last few, which was a bit frustrating. The room I stayed in had a pullout couch, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it. It was in terrible condition, with noticeable stains and poor support. You’d be better off sleeping on the couch itself. The bed blankets were thinner than the heavy-duty kind you typically find at most hotels, which may not be ideal for colder nights. On the bright side, I really liked the handwashing sink’s light ring it illuminated the area well and added a nice modern touch. By far, the best part of the hotel was the staff and breakfast. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was large and surprisingly delicious something I never thought I’d say about a business hotel breakfast, but here I am. There was also a decent variety of snacks and essentials available for purchase at the front desk, which was convenient. One major downside was the parking system, which was by far the most annoying part of my stay. It cost $12 a day and required scanning your ticket each time you left and re-entered. You also had to get a new ticket every time, which was tedious. Losing a ticket meant a $20 fee. The whole system definitely needs to be refined. The pool and gym were adequate nothing spectacular but functional for a basic workout or quick swim. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, the great location, outstanding staff, and excellent breakfast made this a worthwhile stay.
Mar 28, 2025 · Lu SalAwesome hotel. Staff, rooms, pool, bar, and breakfast are all fantastic! My only issue is that whoever designed the showers failed miserably. The water pressure is good but everything else about it is just an epic fail. It doesn’t have a curtain or a door, just like half a door. Since it only opens on one side it’s impossible to turn on the shower without getting sprayed directly in the face with cold water. You can dodge it but your arm is still gonna get all wet. Because of the lack of door half of your body is pretty much freezing the whole time because it’s just in open air. And also because of the lack of door, water gets all over the floor so you’ll use half your towels dealing with that. So all around really nice hotel, screw the showers.
Feb 01, 2025 · Ellen HaddadIf you’re coming to Bethlehem… and you plan to enjoy the Historic area or take in the Christmas lights this is a fantastic hotel. We felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. Everything you want for historic and downtown areas are within walking distance. The indoor pool is just the right size for a little swim time for a kid. Disappointed that there were no microwaves in the room. But such a small blip, so let the local restaurants do the cooking for ya ;)
Jan 13, 2025 · Steven BassettLocation is within walking distance of a few restaurants in the main area and off -streets of town. Loading/unloading space at the hotel is tight. Parking is inconveniently located in a public ramp across the street from the hotel. Rooms are not really quiet from either outside noises or other guests in the hallways. Room changeup is every 3 days and interim coffee setups, towels, etc. have to be requested at the main desk.
