The hotel looks beautiful from the outside in lobby and the front staff person was great. That is where my positive reviews end. The double beds they have are nothing more than a glorified twin and are not capable of fitting 2 adult size people comfortably. One teenager slept in the sofa bed and the other two were on the floor due to this. This room cannot fit six people comfortably. The breakfast was continental and tasted freezer burned and like the refrigerator. The sofa bed had dirty sheets in it when we opened it up. The rooms are set up awkwardly with not enough outlets and some don’t work. The shower toilet room is the size of a closet and difficult to maneuver in. These rooms and halls are in desperate Needs of updates with carpet having mold and dirt on it. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I normally don’t leave Google reviews, but this was so poor. It was review worthy. I would highly recommend you find a different hotel.

It’s not worth the money.” So that was reassuring… I ended up having last minute travel and needed to find a hotel that allowed checkout as late as 4p for work calls. Luckily this hotel accommodated that, which was why I decided to book. I do have to echo everyone else - the hotel is VERY outdated. It’s not great but it could be worse. Furniture needs updating - the chair for the desk is broken, and the chair/couch in the living room area (if you can call it that) are also broken/barely holding together. The pictures listed on the website do not match the interior of the hotel or rooms. The rooms are also not large at all. If you need to stay for one sleep and leave, it would be fine. Do not book for anything longer term.

This is actually the busiest hotel I've ever been in, there was constant activity in the lobby areas, but no noise on our floor. On of the elevators tried to squish my friend when we got on the first time, so we were a little scared of it for the rest of our stay. The pool & fitness area is decent also.

Wouldn’t Stay Again Upon arrival, I immediately witnessed a guest in front of me complaining that their room hadn’t been cleaned and still had items left behind from a previous stay. Unfortunately, my experience followed a similar pattern. My first room was dirty and clearly not made up, and when I asked to switch, the second room was in the same condition. It wasn’t until the third room that I finally got a space that was clean and ready, but even then, the room had a very worn and beaten-down appearance with visible damage and scuff marks throughout. Definitely below the standard of most hotels I stay in. The breakfast buffet was another letdown. It was advertised as “brunch,” which implies a mix of breakfast and lunch options. In reality, it only included basic breakfast items like eggs, potatoes, sausage, and French toast for a steep $18, which felt excessive for what was offered. I also noticed inconsistent information from staff. The front desk told guests the buffet closed at 10 AM, but signs and hotel info stated it was open until 11 on weekends. I will say the lobby and check-in staff were polite and helpful, which I appreciated. But even they admitted these room issues “rarely happen,” which was hard to believe since it occurred to both me and the guest before me. It points to a serious lack of oversight and poor management of housekeeping standards. The bar and lounge area at the front looks inviting and well-designed, but after everything else, I didn’t feel like giving the hotel any more of my business. I doubt I’m the only one who feels that way. Overall, based on my experience and what I’ve read in other reviews, I would not recommend staying here. It seems like management has allowed things to slip significantly, and it shows. If they cared to improve, they would stay in these rooms themselves and set higher standards. For anything over $100 per night, there are better options nearby that offer more comfort, consistency, and value.

We had to wait another 30 to 45 mins for the other room. No towel bars in the bathroom, so if you don't order daily housekeeping, there is nowhere to put towels. Little bottles of shampoo are hard to squeeze. Some rooms are tired, no hot water at sink, leaking plumbing. Breakfast and coffee was great though.
