I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. There was visible hair on the restroom wall, which I reported to the front desk (they said they would take care of it, but nothing was ever done). I also had to point out what looked like mold around the AC vent. Thankfully, they did come and clean that after I raised the concern. Still, the room overall felt old and poorly maintained. The carpet was dirty to the point that walking barefoot would leave your feet filthy, and one of the bed sheets even had stains. This property needs a serious update and much stricter cleaning protocols. I expected more, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously for future guests. On a positive note, breakfast was good and parking was easy with no issues.

Jul 27, 2025 · Evelyn ToledoLet me start off by saying this was the worst experience ever. We checked in late so I was not able to use the shower until the next morning. The next morning while taking a shower, I discovered long hair wrapped around the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower which wasn’t mine. When calling the front desk, they explained that they didn’t have any to come clean the room so, they could move us to another room which was a huge inconvenience… the next morning my daughter left her iPad at breakfast. I checked with the front desk all day to see if anyone had turned in an iPad and they said no. The following morning, I could see that my daughter iPad was still at the hotel so I went to the front desk to see if anyone had turned it in. Again, they said no. I then began looking for it my self and asking around. When I asked the maintenance man, he said yes an email was sent that a pink iPad was turned in. I went back to the front desk and she was rude and snippy claiming she doesn’t know anything about an email. They proceeded to look in the back for the iPad . She then messaged the person who found it and she said that she gave it to someone claiming it was his niece iPad. The employee gave my iPad to A man she described as Italian and fat without confirmation it was his. The hotel did not want to take accountability for loosing my daughter iPad . Once the manager came in she accused me of telling other guests not to stay there . I then informed her that I never said anything to any guest that I didn’t know and that guest were complaining because the elevator was broken and it was taking 40 minutes to get an elevator and they said out loud, for $200 a night I’m never staying here again. On top of that, the manager Brittini accused me of being drunk I guess because I told her she couldn’t tell me what I could and couldn’t say and furthermore trying to cover up for her coworker who gave my iPad to a person without confirming they were the rightful owner…. I was leaving again…. She told police that I was drunk… I’m not sure what she was trying to do but, it didn’t work. And that’s defamation of character. I wasn’t loud with her or didn’t raise my hands. They gave my iPad to a person it didn’t belong to and tried to cover it up. This happened on Friday and they claim they can’t see the cameras til Monday but, by that time the iPad will be gone. Terrible

Complimentary coffee, tea, and water bottles all day long; as well, as a really good chocolate chip cookies. The Murphy bed was very comfortable, as we're the pillows. I highly recommend staying here.

Was told by maintenance the filter had not been working for some time after we were already in the pool. The pool ruined my swimwear and the front desk was less than helpful stating they would inform maintenance. I asked to be contacted by the manager and have reached out again and have heard absolutely nothing.

They said there is no record of cancellation so we were still charged for 2 nights even though we didn’t stay there. Poor customer service when we called and spoke with the hotel front desk. We will never book at Homewood Suites again.
