Fortunately, we opted to join the Vacation Club, as our experience at Pollard Brook was exceptional, and we now have the opportunity to revisit the resort at our leisure. The room was immaculate and among the nicest I've had the pleasure of staying in; the beds were comfortable, although I would recommend bringing personal pillows, as the ones provided were somewhat firm for my preference, whereas my wife found them satisfactory. There were numerous activities available at the resort to keep us engaged during the off-season. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, and the staff would periodically check in to inquire about our well-being. We also observed the staff's diligence in maintaining the pool's chemical balance, adjusting as necessary overnight. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing us to continue enjoying the resort's facilities after checkout. The check-in and checkout processes were remarkably efficient and straightforward.

May 22, 2025 · James ChaseWe had a wonderful family stay at Pollard Brook last week! The place was clean, smelled fresh, and the staff at the reception were very friendly. I especially appreciated the little things—like the coloring books and crayons in the lobby, which helped keep my toddler happily occupied. The fireplace made the space feel extra cozy and relaxing, especially after a day of fun. The heated pool was a great touch, and the game room added extra fun for the whole family. Overall, we had a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, family-friendly getaway!
Apr 24, 2025 · AnneStaff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but the hallways needed a good spring cleaning which was in progress when we left. The activities were varied and the ones we did were well organized and fun. Housekeeping took care if our requests within the hour. All in all a convenient spot for White Mountain adventures.
May 22, 2025 · Kathleen JablonskiI stayed at this resort for a week and I tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. But for starters, the room was not properly cleaned. I found clumps of hair in both the bathrooms in areas that should have been easy for the cleaners to see and properly cleaned. The jacuzzi bathtub had a dirt rim around the top from a previous person bathing. I just took a tissue to it and was easily able to remove it. Then we wiped down the stove top before doing any cooking and the rag had a decent amount of dirt or grin on it. The master shower has water damage and mold growing on the ceiling. Lastly, we had someone in a nearby balcony that continually smoked different substances throughout the day to the point that we could not have our windows cracked open. I called the front desk to find out about their smoking policies and was told that it was allowed and my options were to not open my windows. I am 5 months pregnant and we can’t get the thermostat to work so the room is constantly warm and now I’m being told not to open my windows to allow fresh air in. Customer service was extremely unhelpful. I would not stay here again. Which is sad because I stayed here using my timeshare.

The room was amazing it was like an apartment and had enough room and space for everyone to have their own space. The pool and hot tubs were clean and good temperature. They have activities for kids to do and for adults. Can't wait till we can stay here again.
