This resort has everything! Great location, exceptional service, and friendly staff. Both restaurants on site are very good and obviously convenient. Also, there are several options in walking distance, including a grocery store. That is a big deal for me as I don't want to drive after a long day of skiing. The rooms are very large and well appointed. Loon Mountain offers great skiing for all levels, which can be a challenge for a large group. Everyone was very happy with the options. The shuttle to the mountain was great. It made everything very easy and convenient. The pool and hot tub felt great after a long day! We'll be back every year!

Mar 16, 2025 · Brett SonderbyVery clean and nice. Great rooms and location. Pool is amazing and nice amenities. The main complaint is there are NO trash cans anywhere! None in the lobby, outside, hallways, entryway, nothing.. Only small ones in the rooms (or bathrooms). The place is very clean though. They also had free face painting in the lobby on Valentine’s Day. There was a snowstorm while we were there and the walkways were not once cleaned off or cared for.

I grew up skiing at Loon Mountain and have passed that torch to my kids, and we stay at the Riverwalk every time we travel to Lincoln - there just isn't a better place in all of NH - in my opinion. The atmosphere; the lagoon pool in the summer, that turns into a winter wonderland come December/January; the location; the great restaurant for dinner (and an amazing breakfast); the winery; the heated pool in the winter; the fact that it is in walking distance to everything you may want/need; and the fact that you do not even have to leave the resort for most of what you need in the first place - you just can't go wrong in my opinion. The best part about this place is the staff - I recently had an issue with travel for an upcoming stay and they simply couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant - especially the manager, Melissa. The place is just amazing - if you are thinking of traveling to NH, do not overlook this special place. Can't wait to get back!

My son was on a fold out couch which was not very comfortable. So Saturday I had him take the bed and I attempted to lay down on the couch mattress. We ended up leaving at 8pm and driving 2 hours home vs. trying to tough it out. Earlier this afternoon attempting to find a place in the hotel or around the hotel to eat we were met with difficulties. I would advise against this location unless you have several beds - not couch beds. Rhythm Tap & Grille food was not very good I advise against it.
Mar 03, 2025 · James ThomasWe were very excited to stay here with our two young children for several nights in February. The location is the only reason it received any stars. It sits right in the center of Lincoln and so close to Loon Mt and the Ice castles. Unfortunately the hotel itself is bad. The website photos are very deceiving. What a disappointment. To begin, there is no staff at the empty front desk for the whole east side of the “resort”. There was no staff anywhere. It was unbelievable. We reserved a one bedroom studio and it was very outdated and dirty. My 6 year old daughter opened the door and said, “Ewww this place is gross.” There is no indoor pool at all. Just a rough cement outdoor pool that has a terrible heating system. The pool had freezing cold spots everywhere. Both my children cut their ankles on the rough pool sides and bled. The arcade is so disgusting and dirty with old stained couches. We never did find the rock climbing area and the skating rink was closed down. There were no fire pits like in the website photos, either. Also, no breakfast served at either of the restaurants! We paid $65 for two basic pizzas and had to eat them in the hotel room because the restaurant was so packed and only took reservations. They had an area with tables we thought we could eat at, but it was for owners only. The hotel room was so tight. They gave us no blankets for the pull out bed. When we called for them to bring us some. They brought it in a trash bag. It was so gross. I honestly can’t even believe this place. It has so much potential. The location is perfect. The outside is beautiful and grand. The inside is so so bad. We will never stay here again and will tell everyone we know how overrated it is.
