A very vintage 1973 decorated place but clean. The bathroom has been renovated and works well. Heat is very good as we were here during ski season. Highly recommend if you don't care about decorations

The ease and quickness of check-in have also been mentioned positively.
However, it is crucial to also address the critical feedback to provide a balanced overview. A significant concern raised by some guests is the "terrible" customer service, particularly regarding communication. There have been reports of difficulties reaching the front desk via phone for reservations or inquiries, with messages going unanswered. This suggests potential issues with phone system functionality or staff responsiveness. While bathrooms have been described as renovated and working well, the overall room decor is consistently called "outdated" and "uninviting" by some. There have also been isolated reports of cleanliness issues beyond the bathroom, such as dead bugs in beds or bathrooms, and forgotten personal items (like a belt) left behind. These negative experiences, particularly concerning unresponsiveness and general upkeep, indicate a need for improvement in consistency of service and maintenance. Some guests have also pointed out that the office is not always open, requiring guests to call by phone, which exacerbates the reported phone issues.
In conclusion, Rodeway Inn Lincoln I-93 is a budget-friendly hotel in a highly desirable location for exploring the White Mountains. It offers essential amenities like an outdoor pool, free WiFi, and complimentary breakfast, with functional and recently renovated bathrooms. While it serves as a practical and clean option for travelers who prioritize location and value over modern aesthetics, potential guests should be aware of reported inconsistencies in customer service and the general outdatedness of some room elements, which might impact the overall guest experience.

Jan 19, 2025 · Scott MellottThe only good thing about this hotel is the location. Customer service is terrible. Considering the amount of times I tried calling about my reservation and the messages I left, I'm assuming they don't actually have a phone or anyone to respond to said messages. The rooms are outdated and uninviting. Would not recommend.
Dec 30, 2024 · Shannon BurnsReally bad host. Went to check in at 11pm. Lady at the front desk "forgot" to tell us there was no heat before charging us full price for the room. Clearly bad way to do business. Didn't have any proposition to accommodate us. Only told us to find another room if we were not happy. Also told us, "The temperature shouldn't gives us any trouble since we came from up north" ........... This is a really bad way to start a trip after being on the road all day. So, we slept with full on jacket on and beanies. Still catched a cold the rest of the trip. I dont even wanna talk about the quality of the room... blankets, pillows , towels (those had seen a lot in their lifetime), etc.
Oct 11, 2024 · No CAP_ REMZYYTHIS WAS THE WORST-L, MOST UNKIND TREATMENT!!! I have never felt so dehumanized and bullied in my life. I arrived with my husband and daughter at 1am after all our belongings and camp site got flooded. They were no other rooms in town. They did not allow dogs- our dog was with us. Because the most important thing was to get my child in both dry clothes and room, we decided that one of us will take turns sleeping in car with the dog, off property because it was a 300 fee if caught with a dog. We did this, then at 8am My hub picked up child to get breakfast so I could change before heading back to camp. The owner saw the dog in the car, started berating my husband, he explained - then pounded on the door - I explained again, told her to look at the cameras, started crying hysterically because this has been a night of hell and mess. I wish I thought to show her my texts w my hub. She kept insisting I lied because I owned a dog - but we followed the rules - left the property - slept zero !!! Three people - one towel - broken everything!!!! Karma -karma -karma , lady !!!! You were so mean and hurtful - we went out of our way to respect your property’s rules!!!
Sep 03, 2024 · Rebecca Perentinwarm and welcoming staff. Answered my questions. Will check on the pool tomorrow. check in pricess was quick & easy. Cute room. just what we needed for a weekend stay. Llove the king size bed. like that the room was on the 2nd floor. A.C was helpful with the humidity if the high 85 degree day. No issues hearing or being disturbed by neighbors in either direction. We Dropped our things in the room and were off to explore. 💐😊
