I have stayed at many hotels in this area and this is one of the best. It's clean, quiet, and the staff is so friendly. The trolley stop is right next to it (blue route if you have trouble reading the map like I did). It's a wonderful way to save money than trying to find parking downtown. When I say it's quiet, I mean almost dead silent day or night. After being super exhausted from the drive and being out all day, we came back and slept like royalty. It was super comfortable! The shower is instantly hot which absolutely shocked me bc I even work at a hotel and never heard of such things. We had an issue with a pot missing from the room and they fixed it without question. The curtain blocks 99% of the light from outside during the day so if you want to sleep in, it's no trouble. The room was very spacious and plenty of linens. They have a safety feature for the cook top which is very unique and confusing at first but all you have to do is turn the timer on the outlet and it'll work just fine. The staff is very knowledgeable and if they dont know something they find it out quick. The soap they provide is the best hotel soap I have ever used. It's made my hair super soft and silky and my skin felt so clean. I was a little skeptical before staying but now that ive been here, I know this will be my go to every trip if it's available.

Jun 05, 2025 · Katie Jackson (KayKay)So I was happy as a Choice member to get an early checkin. The rooms were clean, bathroom shower walls I thought were dirty but it was just old worn marks. The water pressure was a solid 10+ I was so grateful. Beds were comfy.. not over the top luxurious but a solid medium feel firmness and I slept with no problems. The kitchenette was nice but 1 fork? What's that?? Location is like a mile behind the main traffic so def easy to get in and out of. There are within 50 yards of the entrance a pancake house, Mexican restaurant an upscale steakhouse and a donut and icecream sit-in shop with lots of outdoor seating. There's about a 25ft wide creek the runs in front of the hotel so in the spring/summer it'll be nice... after taxes at only $101 total I can't complain. They offer breakfast and indoor pool
Apr 20, 2025 · Kim GriswoldCheck in was a *really* slow process that included signing a "house rules" form if you're checking in/traveling with kids. You have to list rooms that kids are in and contact info for the responsible adults. Much in the rules about quiet hours and no horseplay, but when I called the front desk at 10:30pm (because I had a 5:45am wake up) about someone bouncing a basketball and running around in the room right above mine, they could only promise to "talk with the responsible adults in the morning." Other than that, rooms nice, convenient to downtown and Rocky Top Sports Complex, but will avoid in the future.
Jun 16, 2025 · james wrightMy husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. After driving 10 hours we were beat when we arrived, but we were welcomed in by a nice young man that made check-in very easy. Honestly every single employee here was extremely friendly and welcoming (every single day); I don't think we ever stayed at a place that we could say that about! Breakfast was standard continental breakfast. Nice to have but nothing to write home about. Rooms were very spacious and it was so convenient having a full size frig. We were able to keep our cooler ice frozen for the drive home, keep items cold and not need to worry about the cooler. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were fine for my husband but I struggled majorly with them, they were extremely thick and I felt like I was breaking my neck no matter how I slept; I eventually just ditched them. Ya win some ya lose some! Location was perfect for us. Away from the hustle & bustle but also walking distance (if you're up for it!) to the main strip (~1.5 miles), but there's also trolley access nearby that we didn't realize until we were leaving. The hotel does give you a piece of paper on helpful details/info that we ignored (lol). Across the little stream is an ice cream and donut shop that we went to twice - ice cream was very good! Very great experience, thank you!
May 11, 2025 · Shavonna MessinaI am local and was having a surprise 90th birthday party for my mom. I needed a place for my elderly uncles to stay and I picked this hotel because it was close to our place and it was fairly new. I cannot say enough about the management and ALL of the staff!! Every person that I spoke to was friendly and helpful. My uncles arrived a day early by accident and they were able to extend the reservation and check them in after midnight. When I called the next morning the gentleman who answered the phone knew who I was talking about when I mentioned I was looking for my uncles and he even knew their name, he also knew when they had left the hotel. My uncles RAVED about the hotel and told me to recommend it to anyone that needs a place to stay nearby. They loved the breakfast and the decor and the fully stocked kitchen. If I could give ten stars, I would!! It is hard when you pick a hotel for someone else to stay in, I was so happy to see how pleased they were with my choice. I wish I knew the names of everyone that I spoke to, so I could mention them here. There were at least two gentleman at the front desk that were amazing and Donna, the manager was also wonderful!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
