We really enjoyed our stay here. Room is spacious and comfortable. Has a wood burning fireplace. When you enter the room, you notice the fireplace smell. We found it wonderful. If you don't like that smell probably not the room for you. Our room appeared newly remodeled. Water in shower got nice and hot. Water pressure not the greatest but that's the type of shower head. Wasn't a big deal. Has a private balcony overlooking the stream behind the hotel. Our ac worked excellent for us. We stayed in a deluxe room. We had a fridge with freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. Our beds were fairly comfortable. You can't please everyone with bed choice. No 2 people are the same. We did have 1 small issue. The smell of weed almost daily. To each their own. Unfortunately the management can't control that. But otherwise, we had a great stay.

May 16, 2025 · Sam BurrowsStayed for 2 nights and overall thought our stay went well. Check in went smoothly, the front desk lady's were very kind and welcoming. They gave us a paper about black bears due to sightings in the area which was nice since we are not from the area. They even told us where they had been seen on property in case we saw one and could get a picture..:) The room was nice, the river behind was a nice touch. Saw other reviews where there was a problem with the locks on the doors and we never had a problem. The TV was small but we didn't mind because we didn't watch it much. I thought the bathroom was nice. The housekeepers were very good on keeping the room clean. The breakfast was very minimal, no protein but they did had options. It was a distance walk to downtown to the shops but it was not bad for what we paid for 2 nights. Wish they would have put extra blankets in the room because it got cold the 2nd night we were here. When we come back to Gatlinburg again there is a good chance we will stay here again.
Mar 21, 2025 · Kim HeaterWe stayed here from 5/16/2025 to today 5/19/2025 for my husbands and mines anniversary weekend getaway. We are so glad we picked this place. We had the honeymoon suite with River view and it was amazing. We loved being able to hear the river and just open the back door and see it. The room was nice and big and the bed was super comfy. Everytime we had to go the main office everyone was super nice and friendly. We will definitely re book this hotel.
May 19, 2025 · Ashley MerrickI like this motel. Great value during less popular dates. An older hotel-has clean rooms, cute decorations and furniture and awesome stream view. Stream makes nice flowing water noise. Check in was easy, friendly and a nice welcome bag with bottled water and apples. About 2 long blocks to the strip. Pool and hot tub not open yet 4-28 but both looked pretty nice. I did not eat breakfast - Waffle maker plus biscuits and gravy. No protein. Yogurt- apples- coffee - juice. I have stayed here 4 times
Apr 30, 2025 · Matthew StullichThe balcony river view was awesome and so peaceful. I booked online. Room was okay but not like pictures on internet. The info about room online when I booked was not same room we got. Not enough lighting in room Even with 3 lamps it was dark inside. Comfy beds. Breakfast was disappointing.
