Finally got to visit, and I enjoyed the stay. We got a room on the creek and it was the best part. First we got to experience the front desk lady at check in. We called her "Ole Red" She was informative but very blunt. She went over the rules/ pool times of property quickly with us. At the end we asked again the times of the pool and she said I've already told you, but it was on the rule paper she was giving us so we could find it there. The stay was great and really enjoyed the creek the most. Quick walk to everything! We appreciate the stay!

Jun 02, 2025 · Brandan WRooms are cramped. Squeaky hard boxy style beds that are hard to sleep on. The very small TVs don’t have sound and are fuzzy . Hot tub had yellowish color to it our first visit, so we were weary of using it. Later on, a group told us they saw a woman and man doing the dirty in it from their balcony and to not get in the hot tub. Our second visit it was closed to drunk ppl throwing up in it. That’s the one thing we were looking forward to about the hotel. We tried to resort to the merkyish pool but it was FREEZING. There were no towels in the pool area; kindly other residents had to give us their towels for our children. We counted at least 6 stink bugs in our room. On a positive note the staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Also the location is phenomenal. You can walk anywhere from the Zoders.
Mar 17, 2025 · Ashley BuchananRooms felt like a cozy cabin instead of a hotel! It took you back in time. The creek outside rocked you to sleep and the staff was very kind and accommodating!! Quick walk to hillbilly golf, 20 min walk to sky lift. The indoor pool could use some love but over all we will definitely be back!
Mar 22, 2025 · Tonya PaceyI was extremely extremely disappointed with our stay here! We were excited to come visit. I called the hotel Wednesday 3/5/25 to verify all amenities were up and working such as indoor pool indoor hot tub. I was assured that everything was in working condition. I then called on Thursday 3/6/25 that morning prior to our departure to verify the hotel was OK because I had heard of the fires going on up there and once again verified everything was up and working with no issues, we got to our destination Thursday late night checked in all is well got to our room. Friday afternoon after walking around my three kids wanted to go enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub and absolutely nothing was working. It looked like the inside hadn’t been touched in months. The smell was awful. My children were extremely disappointed. The water was freezing. We specifically booked this hotel for location and for indoor pool and hot tub!! it’s really sad you lie to your future guess just so that they can come and stay will never be back to visit!! EDIT TO ADD 3/14/2025 My husband and I reached out the property and they were gracious enough to refund us on at least 1 night!! We are appreciative of how they handled the situation!!
Mar 14, 2025 · Kelly GonzalezGreat location. In town, could walk where needed. The pool was cold but not to keep the kids out but the hot tub was great, my child loved it. Loved the balcony on the river. Staff was absolutely amazing! WILL stay again!
