We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised with our building #9 stay. We stayed on a higher floor and our view of the smoky mountains was amazing. We opened the balcony door to the roaring sound of the river. Perfect location as it was far enough away from town but within minutes of being in the center of everything. Definitely on our “must return” list.

Jun 14, 2025 · Phillip Riley (Just Plain Phillip)What a great place! Our unit was spacious and fully stocked. Everything was in good working order and we ate in most days. The gas fireplace was a welcome addition as the evening s were still quite chilly. Our grandson enjoyed the playground and the laundry facility was clean and convenient. The outdoor grills were a wonderful convenient addition as well.close to town and the national park and Pigeon Forge. If we are ever back that way we will stay again!
Mar 27, 2025 · Amy SmithWe visited for my birthday following some severe storms, but the resort was in great shape. Check-in was easy and I'd really like to thank Lee (sp?) for her assistance and consideration when she noticed we were traveling with my mother-in-law who has mobility issues. Lee's service was impeccable. The rooms are as you would expect for the area and we enjoyed the fireplace. While not major since you should be out exploring the area, the TVs can't connect to internet so no streaming apps. No big deal, just something to consider if you have small children. The resort was peaceful and relaxing. We didn't get to see any bears, but maybe next time. The resort was close to the strip and everything we needed was nearby.
Mar 28, 2025 · Ylana HendersonThe room looks nice but it's very noisy with regards to hearing people upstairs walking around. Apparently they had kids too whom they let run around, jump up and down and stomp at 7am. Also you can hear the bathroom fan running from the living room and bedroom like it's actually in the living room and bedroom. Same goes for the shower and toilet flushes from upstairs. The fold out couch was uncomfortable as they usually are but this one had the added issue of feeling like you were laying on an angle. My main reason for the 3 star rating was the noise from upstairs. Everything else is bearable. It's within walking distance to Gatlinburgs main strip but a bit far. I wouldn't do it because of the narrow road with no shoulder. Especially at night. Wifi seemed flakey and I couldn't get my firestck to load their login page so I couldn't use it.
