I rarely give 5 stars so normally good stay is 4stars. Only 3 for this one. The pros...inexpensive, clean, proximity to food option, proximity to get back on the road. Friendly staff. Cons. Noisy area. Rooms are pretty small. " it is called micro hotel anyways ", I could smell weed in my room. There are ice machines but no ice bucket, the TVs have noise limiters..I could barely hear mine. Breakfast is very... continental..no eggs or anything. Not a bad stay..for the money I'd come back if it weren't for the weed smell all night.

Mar 14, 2025 · bob ryderWe paid for a handicap accessible room but received a room on the 3rd floor. As soon as we stepped off the elevator we were hit with the intense smell of fresh and old cigarette and marijuana smoke and smell. As you walk down the hall you can smell that people are smoking in their rooms. Once in our room we found what appeared to be mold that had blown out of the AC unit and onto the bed. The beds are hard as cement. I wish I could have my money back as that was the worst night I have ever spent at a hotel and as someone who spent 15 years military and traveling I’ve stayed in lots of different hotels. The staff was the only positive to the place and the owner doesn’t deserve them.
Apr 27, 2025 · Jennifer RifeIf you need a hotel, I would definitely recommend this place. Mrs. Amanda (the manager) Mrs. Lilly and Ms. Sheryl are absolutely wonderful when it comes to customer service. Mrs. Lilly is hands down the greatest customer service I have ever had at any Wyndham location in all cities and states. There is a fairly new female here that is rude and doesn't seem to like to get up out of the chair. Several rude encounters with her. She is a large black female with a head full of horrid curly fries that is just rude. She was rude to my daughter for no reason all due to asking her for toiletries and she had to get out of that chair (we didn't get room service while on our visit) so it's always needed and she was just so rude about it. If you don't do a midnight check in and come during the day, you will be treated so well .....at night, please stay away. This one chick just has a nasty attitude and will give you a bad taste the remainder of your stay. Don't judge by the action of one.....everyone else are true gems. Absolutely a pleasure in exception of one employee.
Apr 24, 2025 · Tiffany LopezI got into town really late the lady at the front desk was very nice. She gave me a room on the 3rd floor I asked her if it was quiet where she put me. She said no it can be quite noisy on the third floor. I asked her if there were any other rooms that she could put me in? She said no. Strike one. You should never mix short-term guests with your long-term guests. The first night I thought I was at the train station with all the noise slamming of doors banging on doors loudly talking up the hallway. The room was okay I've been in worse the pillows were way too soft and little and that shower head seen better days. Now my biggest issue is the next morning I got up to get ready for an event that I had to attend. I took the ironing board and iron out of the little cubby and right where my hand was there was a needle. I went downstairs and spoke to the front desk and told them I really needed someone to go to my room and clean it and make sure there's no other substance using products in my room. She said unfortunately they were understaffed and that they could not send anyone up to my room but they can move my room. My issue was if the room was cleaned properly then there would be no way the maid could have overlooked this needle laying right by the ironing board. This was a very unsafe situation. I could have stuck myself with that needle and not knowing what disease, the person that used it carried. But I do want to say the staff are very friendly
Mar 30, 2025 · Brandon HarringtonIf you’re looking for a decent room closer in Greensboro this location will do. Front staff was very friendly on the way in. The room had a blown light on one nightstand lamp. Shower floor has a little give, water pressure strong. No mold in the room selected. Blow dryer wasn’t clean. It does smell like…when you walk in and around the premises at times. If you’re looking to head out and have a room to head back to, this works. Also, make sure to put DND sign on door. And room headboards seem to be on the same walls across rooms, if you’re laying down you may head your neighbor plugging their phone in through your pillow, mattress firm too.
