Room was clean but smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking unless it was in the carpet. Good continental breakfast, but only 4 tables. Lady working there today was excellent. She kept food up and tables clean. I had a good nights sleep anyway even with a noisy bed. Wasn't impressed with towels and wash clothes hanging in shower on bars and shelf.

Dec 15, 2019 · Pearl BrownPros: Ian at the front desk was great! He answered all of our questions, & was right there to help! He has a great personality! The hotel (including our room) was immaculate! Not a speck of dust anywhere! It seems to be newly renovated which was nice; considering we booked the room online based upon photos and reviews alone. The bed and pillows. Both were super comfortable! Cons: There wasn't a pool or anything to do inside of the hotel itself. There was only a shower in our bathroom (no bathtub) which was fine for us (2 adults) but for someone traveling with children may be a slight downer. .. Also, the description states that its adjacent to turning stone... And it is, HOWEVER the hotel is NOT associated with turning stone so there is no shuttle bus offered to & from the casino.. Big downer for anyone who intends on partying... We resorted to Uber at the recommendation of Ian and the other front desk guy... It turned out okay but definitely put a little rift in our night. The price seemed a little high for our room but based on the location and the fact we stayed on a weekend, I get it. All in all it was a good, clean place to lay our heads with some AMAZING staff.
Aug 27, 2018 · Krystal ClinkThe room was not very clean. A used coffee filter was left in the coffee pot. The pancake maker was broken and it was a very busy weekend. I have stayed here before and have enjoyed my stay.I believe next time I am in the area I will pay a bit more but stay at a better hotel. There was not enough parking for all the guest. I had to park under the awning out front.
Aug 07, 2019 · Robin WhiteleyWas an very clean hotel. Bathroom was immaculate which pleased the wife. The room was very clean but cold like a meat locker. Had to turn it off to get to a comfy normal mid 70's. But was all good since we were out of room during that time. One bed had a definitive slope towards the aisle between beds since it seems everyone laid there. My wife felt like she was falling out of bed. Had to switch beds with my daughter since she was sleeping in the other bed by herself.
Jul 04, 2016 · Scott McNeill HollandWe got the suite and it was not very impressive. There was hair on the bed and in the shower. The carpet was stained and there was no coffee in the room but coffee condiments and cups. We could here the tv of a different room as well as people walking around above us. Just seems like a suite should offer a more relaxed and enticing experience than this. Breakfast was good.
