One point of customer feedback noted that the bar in the Lodge lobby often closes early, sometimes at 10 PM, which can be inconvenient for guests who wish to socialize later in the evening, especially during holiday weeks or when the lodge is full. Despite this specific point, the overall service and range of amenities are consistently described as "top-notch."

Feb 27, 2025 · george springmanThe bar in the lodge lobby doesn't stay open long enough to accommodate guests that are there already. It seems like everytime we are there quests are told the bar is closing at 10. And the bartender closes the lights and leaves for the night. It's a very comfortable place to meet with other quests and sit for a drink or two before the night ends. At least extend the hours when the lodge is full and it's a holiday week. Besides that, the lodge is top notch. 👌
Jan 02, 2025 · Bambi AgolliWent for a birthday getaway and it was perfect. Close to casino restaurants but removed enough that it was quiet and calm. Only complaint would be the pool smelled overly chemically (I used to work at pools and the chlorine smell here was indicative that something wasn't balanced right). The rooms and service were fantastic though!
Nov 30, 2024 · Amanda NeumannOur stay at The Lodge at Turning Stone was truly a fabulous and relaxing getaway, made even more special as we celebrated my parents’ 44th anniversary. Every year, we eagerly look forward to this tradition, and it never disappoints. The Lodge offers the perfect setting for unwinding, with Skana Spa being a highlight that never fails to deliver. It’s the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Dining is always a treat, with each restaurant offering something unique. We indulged in the delicious Italian cuisine at Pino Bianco, which is a must-try. Upstate Tavern had some of the best boozy drinks we’ve ever tried, and the vibe was perfect for a laid-back evening. Wildflowers, with its charming atmosphere, is ideal for both breakfast and dinner, and room service adds an extra level of convenience. And who could forget Opals? The perfect spot for satisfying those late-night chocolate cravings. One of the things that truly makes The Lodge feel like home is the staff. They treat us like family, and it’s so clear how much they care about making our experience memorable each and every year. After all these years, they’ve become like a second family to us. The entertainment, gaming, and overall property experience are always top-notch, making for an exciting and fulfilling stay. We can’t wait to return this year and celebrate again. The Lodge has a special place in our hearts, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!
Feb 17, 2025 · YetiStay was ok. The pillows were really stiff and the bathroom was freezing cold even with room heat all the way up made it hard to take a shower without being cold. Especially when trying to go from hot tub to the shower. Could have been a better stay for the price that was paid.
