My husband and I were visiting friends in NC and stopped at Old Edwards Inn, one of our favorite places, for a cocktail in the beautiful old world-style tavern. Heidi Smith was our server and she was absolutely delightful! We so enjoyed chatting with her about family, travels and how much she enjoyed working at the Inn. She offered some good suggestions on wine options for me and brought my husband his very favorite smoked old fashion. We will look forward to seeing her on our next trip!

May 15, 2025 · Michelle UnnermarkMy husband and I had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. The service was exceptional, the property was gorgeous and convenient, and our cottage was perfect. They provided us with so many nice little extras for our anniversary and really made the experience special. We have been talking about going back again for our next anniversary. We found it to be well worth what we paid. Would recommend over and over again!
Apr 20, 2025 · CarolineJust spent the perfect mountain getaway at Old Edwards. From our first step on the property, we were treated to amazing customer service and attention to detail! That's to Marc and Chris at the Lodge and Amber and Lisa in the Spa-they went above and beyond to be sure we were enjoying our weekend. Our room was exceptional. Thank you to the entire staff at Old Edwards for an enjoyable and relaxing weekend.
Mar 23, 2025 · Christopher ShustThis is a gem of a location. The entire city is out of the twilight zone. This odd eclectic mountaintop city is a 5-star location. The prices are higher than typical. That's life. The rooms are tastefully done in a modern southern charm. The access up the mountain is tough but that is the allure. Some of the nicest views....if you want to visit somewhere remote, romantic, and 5-star charm, then this hotel and city fits the bill. The staff are primarily foreigners of a very high caliber. The level of detail at the hotel matched anything I've seen at Ritz, Kempinski, Viceroy, etc. You get the point. This will not be our last visit. Housekeeping needs to be addressed.
May 07, 2025 · EnglishbarsEverything was amazing!! From the property, spa, to the service and staff (shout out Alexis, Michael B, Marc & so many others for always taking care of us on property and Carol the yoga instructor teaching the Saturday morning class who completely made our day and was such a bright light). Such a cute town too!! Highly recommend visiting :)
