Perhaps I didn’t pay enough attention when booking, but my husband and I were shocked at how small our room was for the price. Even if I had been staying alone, there was not even a place to open my suitcase and leave it out, let alone two suitcases. There was literally about two feet on each side of the bed, and when I would wash my face at night, the water would splash on my husband in bed. The toilet/shower stalls have clouded glass, but it only prevents you from seeing out—not in. So, while you are showering, you cannot see into the room. But, whoever is in the room can see you. Help me understand this design choice? There was only one tiny table in the room out of necessity—no space. There were, however, some very nice things about this hotel. The lobby is outstanding, and there were many choices for food/beverage. The pool/hot tub were lovely, and the gym is very nice. There was a fridge in the room which was nice for storing drinks/snacks. The large screen television was also very nice. I would only stay in this hotel again if I was either alone (probably not), or stayed in the other tower where I hear the rooms are larger.
Apr 27, 2025 · C NWe stayed at the Omni for PAX East in the Artist Tower. The hotel is quite nice, even if the rooms are a little on the small side. The room felt very "open concept" which did help it feel bigger, but if you were traveling with someone besides your partner, might make it a little awkward. The mattress was a bit firm and the pillows that down "over soft," but we added the pillows from the small couch and that helped significantly. The large window offered to s of natural light and a nice view of the city! The air conditioning was top notch, could actually make the room "too cold" if you really wanted to. The staff was all very kind and helpful! The hotel itself has tons of food and drink options at the various restaurant and bars contained within. They were all hopping with the convention crowd. One of the best features of all is that it's directly across the road from the convention center! It's also not to bad to get via the Silver Line so you don't have to truck in and out every day through the city traffic. Overall we had a pleasant stay and my knit picks are really minor. I've no doubts we'll be back again!
May 14, 2025 · Becky NoyesI had an amazing stay at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. The hotel itself is modern and beautifully designed, with stylish, comfortable rooms that offer great views of the city. They have many amenities even though we did not get a chance to use them all including a rooftop pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and excellent dining options. The location is perfect—right in the Seaport, with easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
Mar 22, 2025 · Randy L.So we have know stayed at the Omni Seaport twice. Once with my son and his girlfriend. Second time a solo trip! We love the rooms. Plenty of space. The location is perfect! You can walk around the seaport area with lots to do. North end and Quincy market are a quick walk. Loved the pool area. However we were not a fan of waiting in line and that you have to make a reservation! Loved the choices we had within the hotel for food. The pricing per night is very expected for Boston. Middle of the road.
May 12, 2025 · Tammy PelkeyTraveling for a conference. Location is good. Possibly the worst designed room ever. If you’re traveling solo, the lack of bathroom privacy won’t be an issue. But you’ll literally have to go to the public restroom if you don’t want your spouse/partner to be witness to your use of the toilet. What were they thinking when they built this place? No in-room coffee pot. You must use the communal machine in the hallway. Minimalism doesn’t mean the lack of standards, but that seems to be what this property has chosen. Glad we’re only here for one night. We’ve made other arrangements.
