Amazing experience, a perfect get a way. If you have kids, staying at The Inn is the best idea. Connected access to the pool, basketball ball, playground, indoor rec area and restaurants. The location is perfect for winter or summer, always lots to do. We love the lofts to stay in. The pull out couch is the most comfortable pull out you'll ever sleep on. Overall, great experience. Only complaint is the rooms have a slight funky smell to them, but nothing some scented spray can't fix.

Feb 21, 2025 · L. G.We spent a weekend here late Jan for some skiing and tubing. You can tell the winters in Western NY have been mild the past few years-the Peak is a bit run down. Even though it’s showing wear in the buildings, it’s a great place for a weekend get-a-way for some skiing. The pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub is wonderful and the kids loved the kids zone. We ate at the Bistro and Cafe, both were very good and fair prices. I would def go again.
Feb 03, 2025 · S BWe stayed there a couple weeks ago at the Inn. We have been to this resort multiple times and had a wonderful experience. This was quite different. The water line broke which I understand was not your fault but I had brought it to the receptionist attention and they didn't seem to care at all. A couple of ski passes would have been nice seeing we paid 400 plus a night with no shower. That to me is unacceptable. We really love coming to this place, but if that's what your hospitality is like at the end we will never go there again. We will take advantage of the airbnbs around the area. Update - The office called me and gave me 50% off of my room for the inconvenience. This resort has stand up management and I always appreciate on making things right. Thank you Amanda for everything. You deserve my 5 star review :)
Feb 19, 2025 · B LWe stayed and skied at PnP for a long weekend in January. The resort has just about everything you need... rooms, activities, spa, pool, food, bar. The rooms were clean, but NOT SOUNDPROOF in the slightest. Expect to hear children running down the hallway in their ski boots nearly all hours of the day (thankfully it paused from 10pm-7am). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining options were plentiful and had some gluten free options. The pool area was large and had a nice size hot tub and a dry sauna. Hot tub had an obscene amount of sand or dirt in it though... felt like stepping onto a beach. But it was nice to have an outdoor hot tub. Skiing was great, as it was our first time skiing in New York. The runs were rated a little easier compared to Holiday Valley, but it was a great option for the beginners.
Feb 04, 2025 · Kristel CoronadoDid a booking through booking.com. Our booking clearly stated the price and type of room we booked. Soon after arriving the room we received was a significant downgrade from what we booked. It turned into a finger pointing match and as usual the customer gets screwed. However booking.com refunded us a portion of what we lost for a future booking only. The staff at the resort basically told us oh well and wasn’t willing to do anything about it. The service was awful. After purchasing an $11 dollar salad I could not find any dressing. When I approached the register to ask about getting some dressing I was basically told we must be out. Not let me check and see if we have some. We got the standard oh well attitude. When ordering food at one of the restaurants my wife ordered a drink and water, along with mine and my son’s beverages. After asking for water a second time I just went and got it myself. The server never even acknowledged the fact that they forgot. Not a sorry, nothing. It was the same oh well attitude we received from the rest of the staff. I hope you have a better experience, but that was ours.
