We loved our 2 night stay here. Valet services at $30 a day were wonderful to have, the staff was friendly, and feel of the hotel was great. Room was a decent size with 2 double beds and plenty of extra space for a blow up mattress. Located right in the Old Port with walking access to all shops. Breakfast was terrific and the chairs were the most comfortable I've ever sat in (I didn't want to get up). Lobster roll was yummy but needed either more butter or mayo as it felt too plain. The spa was the BEST part. I would absolutely stay here again. ***SPA review***absolutely AMAZING. Waiting area was large and quiet. Staff was knowledgeable. The hot tub was a great added benefit to hop in before and after your massage. I wish the space itself were a big bigger. There was no pool on site and while not needed would always draw in additional clientele. My therapist was JOHN. Holy wow. I've had over 200 massages and this was by far the BEST massage I've EVER had. His signature 80 minute for $199 was worth every penny. He should teach all other therapists the do's and dont's. He has a gift. He listened and did exactly as I asked and I felt he literally covered every single area. Extremely professional. He was soft spoken and took his time. You will not regret booking with him. The only downfall is he is not located closer to me in Massachusetts. That is probably better for my wallet.

Apr 07, 2025 · Katelyn JosephHotel is clean and customer service phenomenal! All of the staff were amazing, but Isaac was the best. We were extremely tired after a road trip from DC, and we were assisted perfectly. He took the time to answer all of our questions and recommended us a few places around town. A week after checkout, he even calmly assisted me with a few questions I had regarding billing. The parking is a bit expensive per day, but the hotel is worth it to be honest!
Apr 10, 2025 · Kevin LWe loved our stay, this hotel is perfectly located near all the best restaurants and shops downtown! Staff was super responsive and helpful, especially the Valet, going above and beyond to retrieve some things we left in our car. The restaurant helped us out by giving some late night milk for our daughter. The room and decor were excellent, some of the best soaps/shampoos we’ve seen at a hotel, and the jacuzzi/steam room/sauna were excellent and included as part of the stay. We would definitely book again for our next stay in Portland.
Apr 18, 2025 · Kelli BullBreakfast was complementary. The service, however, was unsatisfactory. The waiter said we needed a voucher for the breakfast, which we didn't, but had to go back and forth to the reception. Service was very slow, despite the fact that there were few guests. So we didn't leave any tip. To our amazement the waiter added 20% tip to our bill! When the bill at checkout did not add up it took them ages to correct, without any explanation or apology. In my book this is called forgery.
May 12, 2025 · Avinoam ShiranStayed for a short overnight trip in the off-season. Got a great deal through Travelzoo that included a breakfast credit and valet. Amazing value. The room was spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom. The balcony was nice and would be great during the spring and summer. The location is perfect and you can walk right down to the main street of Old Port and check out all the shops. We ate at the return in the hotel and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back when we visit this area again.
