Recently booked with Hotels.com a few words of advice DO NOT STAY HERE! Unsafe,unkempt, falling apart. Front Office was not manned. Once guy came to check me in they took a photo copy of my license. Office smelled of old oil and Patchouly. The room was terrible! Security latch was removed, floors pulling up paint peeling, furniture crumbling, stains everywhere. I will say the bedding was clean. I felt so unsafe and afraid in this room. I did not walk out I RAN OUT!!! ***Edit I see RedRoof Responded - not very encouraging. I also added more photos including one of the bedding with goodness knows what on it.

You get what you pay for. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Rude staff that constantly harassed us about buying our car. Spiders and other bugs in the bed. Mice in the room. When we reported it to the staff they did not believe us. They said they would come clean the room, and we vacated for them to do so. The room was never cleaned. We needed an extended stay and stayed within their 3 week stay policy. We were constantly asked when we would be checking out even though we never exceeded a 3 week stay. We would get call at random asking us when we would be checking out even when we payed for additional nights. Refused to activate our key card even when we paid for an additional night. On our way out the housekeeper approached me asking for a tip even though they never cleaned our room. Reported our experience to corporate and filed a formal complaint. Now I have the manger emailing me further denying our claims and doubling down on their behavior and conduct. Zero respect, zero courtesy and zero hospitality. Guests beware!

I stayed here for one night when it snowed and I had a hotel employee walk into my room at 8:30 am when check out is at 11 asking me to move my car for the snow plow to clean the parking lot, I find that unacceptable!! Would not recommend anybody stay at any property that would do that.

we were going to meet friends at a campground and had a tent but the weather did not cooperate. we came across Red Roof they had a room it was clean, the king bed was comfortable. So it made our 3 day stay wonderful, by day we went to the campground and hung out with our friends under a canopy, and by night I had a great rest!
