Overall, far better than any other place I have been to in the area. The photos online are EXACTLY what you see/get when you come here. Beds are super comfy and the comforters you get are nice and plush, same with the pillows too! Bathroom could use a tiny touch up, but a phenomenal place for a few nights!

Mar 29, 2025 · Yogi PatelI was skeptical about staying here given past reviews, but I can assure you that this was one of the best stays I’ve had. The check in process was quick, the room was extremely clean. I will say that the room is a bit outdated, but it had all the essentials. Given that we traveled with a toddler, we were looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious room and this exceeded our expectations.
May 04, 2025 · Karina LopezThe hotel was pretty fair but the service was poor, NEVER CHOOSE A HOTEL THAT DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE THE HANDICAPPED. the white guy at the desk at night was very rude. As I'm handicapped, I needed a place to park near the building, there was a cherry picker parked next to the building and another SUV in the Handicapped spaces.(The area wasn't roped off) I checked in at 4pm, The lady behind the desk when I checked in told me I couldn't park there now but I can park in the handicap spots after 8:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m., I said okay I will be back around 11:00. When I came back around 11:30pm with my son and his friend, the white guy behind the desk told my son that I had to move my SUV and park in the back which was all the way down the parking lot.(I'm handicapped, my powered wheelchair was dead but charging and I could not walk that far using my walker or canes. I called him from my SUV and he was quite rude to me. I told him that the young lady said that I can park there from 8:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. because the workers would be back in the morning, I told her I would be gone and checked out around 8:00 a.m. she said ok, but this guy said "NO, you need to move your car now, My Boss said nobody can't park in these spots because they're going to come and do work tomorrow morning, You'll just have to park in the back." I was upset because there's no way that I'm able to walk that far. After my friend talks to him, he said I would just have to come down around 6am to move before the workers get here. I said that's fine. At 6:00 a.m., he calls me and says, "MOVE YOUR CAR.", that's it, no "Good Morning" or anything. As I got dressed and came down to move, another kind young man named Ali was behind the counter, he said that the workers were delayed and that I can stay parked there until 8:30.(I wanted to go and shower before I left Because I could not walk that Hill. I thanked him and went back up to shower and get ready to leave. He called shortly after and said "they're here", they were patient as they allowed me to get in my vehicle with our bags and Walker and leave. NEVER PATRONIZE A HOTEL WHERE THEY DO NOT ACCOMMODATE THE HANDICAPPED AND ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. NEVER AGAIN.
Apr 27, 2025 · U BigJoka 2020Staff was very friendly. Easy access on and off NJTP. However, the room was terrible....small, cramped, bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows are tiny and stiff. Hotel needs some updates, but it appears as if its a franchise owner family owned, and seems like they are trying to do the right thing. Because of the terrible beds and pillows, I can't go about three stars.
Apr 10, 2025 · Ryan HoodThe facilities are old and the soundproofing is poor. The hair dryer was broken when I used it. I contacted the front desk to ask someone to come up to check it. He said he couldn't leave and asked to find another hair dryer, but he didn't have one. I asked if I could switch to a room where the hair dryer didn't break, but he said no. The hair dryer wouldn't be available until tomorrow morning at the earliest, but how could I sleep with wet hair? I saw this old air conditioner and heater, turned them up to the maximum, and slowly dried my hair. Because I have very little hair, it's best to check if the hair dryer can be used before washing your hair.
