Was reading reviews about this place as I was looking for a hotel room under 100 bucks..first review was ok, second review stated it had bugs, was abit discouraged..so I continued reading and there was enough of reviews which made me feel better..as I’m getting off the highway I noticed tall tress and grass and said to myself if this hotel is close to this exit there’s going to be bugs..I got off the exit, mile or two down was the hotel. From the outside it looked decent and had neighboring eatery's..so I went to Walgreens then the drive through at dunking donuts. I asked for a sweet pepper bacon eggs sandwhich and ordered two of them..I got to the hotel and explained to the staff which was friendly and explained I seen reviews with bugs mention. He told me check the room and make sure you are ok with it. Yhea that’s cool..I check the room 211 it smelled good was clean everything was in order..I pulled the sheets back and checked for bed bugs, no sign of them.this is going great..as I left the room I notice the back yard was woodsy..I came back to the late night desk and said everything is cool I’m ready to get room..as he was setting me up I swiped my card in these vending machines for a coke and snacks. Neither seemed to work..I paid for the room grabbed my stuff out the van and went to the room. I layed on the bed and ate my two Dunkin’ sandwiches I ordered..I turned the tv on for a second then decided to turn it off after I ate..I fell asleep. Woke up at 6am to an alarm clock I didn’t set. I jumped up like what’s going on grabbed the clock and tried to rip the cord to shut it off..as I shut it off a huge water bug ran from under the pillow I was resting my head. I swung at it with the Alarm clock to no luck…I tried not to freak out so I kept the lights on and slept lightly. Got a phone call about 9am I had an work order so I got a chance to leave early.. the shower which is something I look forward too was actually good not bad at all..after the shower I grabbed my things went to the front desk and explained to them what happen..I didn’t make a big deal about it..jus my experience. Jun 05, 2025 · Grey JonesI was recommending this Hotel by a friend. I must say that the staff is kind and always willing to help satisfy the guest! When I'm in the area this is my favorite Hotel. It's always very clean, quiet and no smoking under any circumstances. Take my word and see it for yourself. Shout out to the hard working staff !
May 10, 2025 · Crystal BrownMy only complaint about this place is the smoking situation they want you to smoke 50 feet away from their property but if it’s raining, what are you supposed to do stand out in the rain? What if you don’t have a car to sit in…. It was raining and I was smoking in front of my door. The man ran from the office and told me he was gonna charge me a $200 fee…. Another situation I have was I had made an Uber eats order. I was sitting on the stairs for about five minutes because I wanted to be able to come down to get my food. Man ran from the office all the way up the stairs just to ask me what I was doing sitting in the stairs and did I have a room here… I just felt harassed like I just got the room from you just saw me how you don’t know I have a room here? The rooms are really nice for the price though… also they gave me dirty room before had to go back to the office to wait for them to figure out what room was clean
May 05, 2025 · Erin LaskiThe staff was very accommodating. The room was nice and clean. No bugs anywhere to be found. Pet friendly and good size rooms. Their prices are very good. The location is right off the Baltimore Washington parkway. Once you leave, you have to make a u turn a 1/4 of a mile to go back in. It wasn't a hassle for us. It has the convenience of being right next to a shopping center that has a Food Lion and other cool small businesses. I highly recommend this motel. Especially for the friendliness we got.
Mar 11, 2025 · Big J. (MISSION RC)Its really a true two star place. Im not a camping type gal and this was like camping to me. The room seemed clean, until you looked at it better and saw mold on the bottom of the shower and black hair everywhere. I have blonde hair so I know it wasn't mine. So if you are OK with camping this should suit you fine. We actually didn't stay after all and drove home, after paying for the room.
