I've been coming here for about 3 months on and off and I have received great services here. Between the people from the front desk to the house keeping, I have nothing bad to say about The Red Roof. I would recommend you coming here if you on the road or need a place to stay days to weeks at a time. I also want to thank the person in the kiosk because she was able to give me discount when I was $11 short to renew my stay. I truly appreciate everyone here

Jun 09, 2025 · brian beamon⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “A Comforting Stay with an Exceptional Front‑Desk Star — Thanks to Lisa!” I recently stayed at the Red Roof PLUS+, and the standout moment was the warm, professional service from Lisa at the front desk. What made it memorable: Welcoming Arrival From the moment I checked in, Lisa greeted me with a genuine smile and made sure everything was in order. She guided me through my room options and gave clear directions to nearby dining spots and essentials—much like places where front‑desk staff have been praised for being “quick, efficient, and above‑the‑norm helpful.
Jun 19, 2025 · Rahul JainThe one star is for the housekeeping staff who were very nice. Awful experience. The room was prepaid for. When my stay got extended, I went to ask where the laundry and exercise facilities were. Due to construction, they were not available. I then decided ok I'll move to another red roof so I contacted customer service through the kiosk in the lobby. While I'm speaking with a rep. The manager (Jason) ,I don't believe that's his real name, unplugged the kiosk to prevent me from reporting. I then went to my room to try and call and mu phone in the room was unplugged. After waiting a bit I then went back to the kiosk, once again in mid conversation, the manager unplugged the kiosk, pulls the kiosk in the lobby and locks the door. Obviously something else was going on if you go through those lengths to prevent a customer from reporting and leaving the property. I checked out went to another hotel only to notice that I was not checked out of the property and was charged for 2 nights that I wasn't at the property. Once I reached out to red roof corporate, I finally received a statement/bill ,with an additional $408+$240 listed as miscellaneous. Then looked at my credit card to find a total of $1621.00+ charged to my card, that red roof corporate claims they can do nothing about. Thank God my bank is now investigating the matter. Construction happens, but when you prevent a guest from moving to another location and then place fraudulent charges, and them claim clerical error, yet it's been over a month and $$ is not refunded. You're a crook and you're doing something illegal that might have been exposed, had I been allowed to speak with a representative without being interrupted and forced to move hotels. Make your own choice, but I would avoid this location.
Jul 23, 2025 · Jermaine FaberOverall awful experience. Staff was friendly and the room was clean enough overall (though the lighting leaves a lot to be desired). Also over a 4 day stay my room was never cleaned and bedding/towels were never refreshed. Now here’s where it gets bad. I reserved a room with a jet tub and the water pressure from the tap takes LITERALLY 2 hours (honestly maybe more) to fill up, I ended up falling asleep waiting for it to fill my first night there. Then, the next night, once it was full, I turned on the jets and several “flakes” of grime/debris came out… I drained the tub and took a shower. So much for that. Then, I ended up extending my stay by one night and was apparently charged a no-show fee(in error) for that reservation. I called 3.5 weeks ago and they said they’d get back to me, called again 2.5 weeks ago and they said they were reversing the charge but I still haven’t seen that AND I still have not received my deposit back for the initial reservation, a whole month later. Needless to say I’ll be calling back on Monday and, if I still haven’t gotten it back after another week, disputing the charges, but I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who can’t afford to have their money taken away from them for no reason for a month.
Jul 05, 2025 · Vance WadeI have stayed at many Red Roof Inns over the years as my wife and I have traveled frequently with our pets. We know it is a budget motel chain, but we have usually had a positive experience staying there. Unfortunately this was not one of those occasions. First let me start with the positives: the room was clean and everything in the room functioned as it should. Now for the negatives: - This was advertised as a “Red Roof Inn Plus+” which I expected to be better than a regular “Red Roof Inn”. It was not. - I went to their website and looked at the pictures of a standard room for a Red Roof Inn and compared it to the room I was given (see the attached pictures). You will notice that the pictures are of pretty much the same room except the “standard” room from the website includes a number of features that were missing from the room I was given including: • A cloths rack to hang cloths. This was important to me as I was in town for a funeral. I had a suit and a couple of dress shirts I needed to hang so they would not get wrinkled. I had to hang everything on the shower curtain rod and move it when I took a shower. • Some chairs and a table or desk. I ate a couple of meals in the room and basically had to hold my plates as I sat on the bed to eat. That was not particularly comfortable. Finally, I appreciated having a refrigerator, but the one in the room was so loud that I had to unplug it at night in order to get some sleep. Overall, I cannot say I would recommend staying at this motel.
