My response to the owner's response. Your words of regret will not pay for my treatment. I am still taking a strong drug prescribed to me by my doctor, the name of the drug is "Meloxicam". I still suffer from acute pain in the lower back and can hardly walk. You have crippled me and you still have the audacity to write me this formal response. It is difficult to find such unprincipled people as you. This horrible place needs to be closed. All the hallways smell like marijuana because the owners haven't changed the carpet in ages. The furniture in the rooms is old and smells like junk. But the main thing is the old iron beds that were probably bought from some abandoned old prison or hospital. These horrible beds have mattresses covered in thick plastic sheeting that's impossible to sleep on. I got sick because of this plastic. The body sweats from the plastic and at the same time the air conditioner was blowing on me (it was very hot), I caught a cold in my lower back and have not been able to walk normally for two weeks, I have acute pain in my back and legs. This is a place for animals, the living conditions there are not for people. Their kitchen is a dummy, a deception. The hood is just a decoration. The most you can cook there without setting off the fire alarm is boiling eggs. It's a terrible place, different people live there, many of them scared me. For example, two women, a mother, a daughter with a three-year-old girl and two sick dogs in one room. The child was constantly crying, walking along the sidewalk without shoes in the same overalls for 2 weeks(that's how long I stayed there). And the workers see all this and don't even think about calling child welfare because business is more important to them. If you value your health and peace, then this is not a terrible place for you. I will remember this horrible experience for a long time, because of which I have to take painkillers and move around screaming in pain.

Aug 03, 2025 · Dina Nily (DinaNily)WHAT IS THAT Smell, Oh it’s the Suites Chicago - Schaumburg - I-90 Extended Stay. This place has somehow managed to weaponize the concept of lodging.😖 Upon my daughter an I arrival, I was greeted by hallways that smelled like a garbage truck had a passionate LOVE AFFAIR with a FISH market and decided to raise their children here!! The room itself was a time capsule from 1987 and not in a charming, nostalgic way! I have been in haunted houses that had better ambience. At least ghosts have the decency to be dead. This place was aggressively, vindictively alive with his own special prayer of misery. Would I recommend this establishment? Only to my worst enemies, and even then I would feel a little guilty about it. Save your money and sleep in your car. At least your car doesn’t judge you for your life choices while simultaneously trying to poison you with mystery fumes in the hallways. I walked in and walked right back out, needless to say! They should be paying people to sleep there, wait they probably do. The undead, because that is what this place and smell reminds you of a big coffin!! I ALMOST FORGOT. They had the NERVE and audacity to charge us for 1 night's stay and all we did was step into the room just long enough to take pictures and RUN OUT!! I think I saw SOMETHING chasing US!!
Jul 12, 2025 · Dr. Claude Tiller JrThe hotel has not been updated in several years. Dark hallways, room has old furniture with chips and holes drilled into it. Room smelled like smoke. Bare essentials… a bed on a steel frame, with a thin blanket and thin sheet. Lighting was dark in the room. I didn’t feel safe staying.. I have to wonder how the hotel owner thinks this is acceptable.
May 18, 2025 · Shannon HanrattyThe fridge was warm (for +24 hours) when I checked in for 3 weeks. Lost all the meat and dairy. Hundreds in food. Trust me. It was intentional. They knew what they were doing; they stalk me. They will get their housekeepers and tenants to take pictures of you and stalk you if they don't like you. They will charge at your door if you go out, go through your stuff, and leave your bags open. They will mock you in Hispanic and Hindi and laugh in your face. They will put you right by the elevator or garbage room if they don't like you. I once got punched and threatened by someone who was stalking me; when I told the employees, they said "call 911. That is your problem. Not ours". Last year, a drunk put his hand on my chest and threatened me for no reason. When I told the employee, he said there was no complaint form. When I persisted, he changed his mind and said there was complaint forms? Lol
Jul 11, 2025 · Johnny GeorgeRooms are absolutely disgusting, when I first arrived to my original room there were dead flies all over (bed, floor, table, counter) was Changed to new room on first floor it had an odor, paint was chipped, kitchen counters dirty, bath room caulk dirt!
