Booked this for our return drive from the Badlands back to Atlanta, since I was traveling with a large SUV and luggage trailer I called the property and was lucky 馃崁 enough to be greeted by Jen, Jen took 3 of my phone calls answering all my questions no matter how silly I thought I was, Jen was so kind and helpful!! Took 2 rooms to keep my group happy and cozy, but the staff was very helpful from helping my MIL with her bathroom facet, to getting our room nice and cool for me. I enjoyed getting a bottle of wine at the bar and the breakfast always keeps this crew going! Shops and restaurants were close by so my husband was able to get us the trademark pizza for our first night We enjoyed the quick visit to Chicago and left the trailer behind on property, both Jen and Sarah had so many helpful tips for us to navigate the city! Would stay again

Jul 22, 2025 路 Stephanie SwordMany highlights with very few lowlights. First the front desk staff was helpful and very friendly the entire stay. My room was tidy and cleaned everyday for my 4 day stay. The included breakfast was amazing. Fresh made eggs and such a great variety of breakfast items. Seemed like a nice get together at their reception from 5:30-7pm for a few free cocktails and snacks. I did not attend. Lowlights 4pm check in is a little late and I couldn't check in until 4pm even after calling ahead the Friday before to request it. The rooms are clean and nice but could use some updating. I was on the 7th floor 704. The elevator was super slow ( Really slow ) I visit the Chicago suburbs 4-5 times a year and this Hilton by far was the best. I will be staying again in Oct without question. Trust me everyone had a smile no matter what time of the day or what department they worked in. Kudos to this team!
Apr 11, 2025 路 Tom KilkennyWorst experience I鈥檝e ever had and we have come to this hotel a couple of times before. Staff was unreasonable and seemed not to care that we paid almost $700 & drove 5 hours just to be put in a room that was leaking water from the ceiling..and the other had a shower that did not work. We ended up having to change one of the rooms in the middle of the night after driving hours and being exhausted. They told me only other option was to stay in the room and while the maintenance man went in and out. The room also had a dingy smell to it probably from mold since the ceiling was leaking and the floor was soaked. Since we were tired and didn鈥檛 want to deal with the maintenance guy going in and out, we decided to switch rooms. The manager got annoyed with me and rolled her eyes because I asked for another room after the front desk attendant loudly announced my room number while there were people behind me which, according to her, is against their policy and the staff should know it. They offered no real solution only 10000 points but we don鈥檛 stay in hotels very often so it does not help us at all. I was told 30,000 points is what we would need for a stay. So really there was no resolution at all. What a joke.

We got to this hotel, our room was not ready so we had to sit in the very hot lobby for well over an hour..it was 95 degrees outside on this day and it almost felt better outside than it did in the hotel. The elevators kept getting stuck on other patrons and were very noisy which was concerning. Their public bathrooms were filthy. A supervisor that did help us when our room was finally available seemed to have no care about the fact they had to move one of the two rooms we booked right next to each other to across the floor because one of them still was not ready and just was giving attitude, very very unprofessional. Also our room air conditioning was not properly working and did not go lower than 72 degrees when I had it set to 66. All in all this was a VERY disappointing stay. While we always love to stay at embassy suites I will never stay at this location again.
Jun 22, 2025 路 Paige StuartWe enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. It was about 5 minutes away from the mall and had lots of restaurants nearby. The staff we talked with were friendly and accommodating, especially Kenny. The first night we were there the hotel was like 99% full, so we weren't able to get a two double bed room. We appreciated Kenny being able to get us a different room the second night so my girls could have a bed instead of the pullout couch. We did notice that our second room had been updated as well, so it felt much nicer. The breakfast was good and the evening complimentary drinks and light snacks was nice. While we were there, the happy hour snacks were crackers and cheese, chips and salsa and a few snack mixes. The second night there was also some fruit. The hotel felt safe with lots of parking available. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
