This was a terrible and potentially dangerous experience. I traveled to Paterson to meet a good friend. It was three hours away from home. We stopped by this motel to get some rest before I decided to travel home. He charged way too much and took advantage of the fact that I was too tired to travel. We asked if we could stay the night and he said that all the rooms were booked. There were no cars in the parking lot. He gave us the run around and sent us on our way. Two females in the middle of the night with no place to stay. I am not sure why he did this as we were willing to pay and clean and quiet. This was all around a bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as they are rude and unethical.

Feb 28, 2025 · Maegan GalieThis place is a shelter I didn’t know that until I noticed kids playing and going to school. That was not the issue the problem was the misinformation they give you when you booking. First of all the person checking us in was so rude but we needed to stay close to this location and there was nothing else close enough to where we needed to be the next day. The room was DIRTY it smelled so weird we had to light a candle and spray air freshener, the night stand had ashes the bathroom toilet flush with hot water the sink only had cold water the bathtub water was broken so we had to use a bucket. No internet no cable just local channels no breakfast NOT THAT WE WERE EATING THERE ANYWAY we put our own sheets on top of their sheets This was the hotel from a scary movie. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. We left so quickly the next day we just went to a restaurant and stayed there until my appointment.

Apr 01, 2025 · Christopher BishopI do not recommend it. Very unpleasant. The worst that can exist in hotels. I hope they shut it down. It's disgusting.
Feb 22, 2025 · Lu BIt's not worth the cost even though the cost is very inexpensive. The personnel over the phone is very friendly however after my booking they transferred me to another rep that tried to sell me another trip. I politely declined and he continued selling me the "one-time opportunity", so I had to hang up the phone. When I arrived, someone was smoking in the lobby, which later I found out that it was a cleaning person. My room reeked of smoke. I had to open the window to air it out. By the way, the security door was wide open. The room was in very poor condition, so poor that I didn't want to sit down. The bed had bleach stains, the chair was dirty, had holes in it and was falling apart, the ceiling had paint falling off along with mold all over, the carpet was dirty, the TV stand was all scratched up. The bathroom was actually OK to my surprise at this point. I spent in my room 15 min and left the keys on the dresser because I didn't feel safe. I spent $85 for this room and this valuable lesson not to get the cheapest place around even if it's for business. From now on I will go to a hotel chain that has good reviews or that has a familiar name.
