I've stayed at Route 19 a few times. The folks that run the inn are great, the rooms have been neat and clean each time I have stayed. I love that I can hear one of the two creeks flowing around the sides of the inn from just about any location. Grab a room, cook some smokes by the fire pit, or hang out by the pool and let the creek lull you Into a nap! If I'm going to Maggie Valley this is where I am staying.

Jun 13, 2025 · Patrick KellyRoute 19 Inn is very clean with easy access from parking space outside each room. Great if on a motorcycle since you can park it right outside your room. Beds are comfortable and shower has plenty of room and lots of hot water. The owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Truly a great find!! Definitely staying here again!
Apr 22, 2025 · Carl VinsonWe are here now and this place is great! We got a creek side king and it is perfect for our 4 day ski trip at Cataloochee. On day 2 a herd of Elk walked right across the grounds by the entrance. The room is clean and everything is in good condition. The office staff is very nice and friendly. We highly highly recommend the Route 19 Inn!
Feb 02, 2025 · Marty DobbinsGreat place to stay. Rooms recently renovated and clean. Location is on the edge of town out of traffic set back from the main street and quiet with the sound of the rushing creek. Highly recommend this place.
Jun 01, 2025 · William PegramI remember when this was Rocky Waters a thousand years ago as a child and my family would always visit Ghost Town next door. It was amazing to see how wonderfully the Inn is restored better than original. Comfy beds and furnishings. Very good parking . One level access. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Extremely quiet. Tucked away from hustle and bustle but close to the things we wanted to do. Joeys pancake house, Buttered Biscuit are breakfast staples. Cabbage Rose a favorite gift shop. Quick drive to Cherokee for Elk viewing at Farmstead Looking forward to our next adventure here
