This place is a poorly maintained dump. Missing blinds and broken blinds so that people could see into the cabin. Broken and dirty living room furniture, no coffee pot, and old and cheap pots and pans. The theater room is a joke with an old projection screen and cheap broken plastic seats. Dirty linen on the beds. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. A baby ironing board which makes ironing difficult. Savannah is rude and dismissive when we called for service. We called 5 times and maintenance never showed up. Please don't stay here if you're looking for a quality cabin!! We left after one night and found a wonderful cabin.

Overall, nice experience BUT…. The cabin is poorly maintained with broken things around the cabin, lights that didn’t work, doors that stick as well as pitiful Christmas decorations still out in APRIL. Basic things needed like a sponge to wash dishes or hot pads to get things out of the oven were not provided but most other basic things were. Nice views but a lot of construction going on around the cabin that keeps the peaceful vibes at bay. Nice proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. If they would just have some maintenance done to repair or replace a few things around the cabin, it would have been a much nicer experience but again, overall, nice experience and plenty of room to spread out for our crew of 8. Any more than that it would have felt cramped and on top of each other in my opinion.

Excellent cabin off the beaten path. This cabin is not exactly roughing it and has every amenity you could ask for. The view off the deck is basic woods but cabins are placed far enough apart that you still have that isolated feeling. Couldn't be happier and if you are interested in a quiet easy going get away this place is perfect. Located within 15 minutes or so of Pigeon Forge so entertainment and shopping are also readily available.

Left swimsuits last year..never offered to return. A/C return, fans and walls desperately need dusting. No blowdryer and no starter coffee. A few small details could make a huge difference. We came back to where we spent our honeymoon only for sentimental reasons. Won't be rebooking. I got up wedding morning for my 11 am wedding with a wet head and no blowdryer...not a good way to start an already stressful day. Description doesn't say they have one...dont do like I did and assume that surely they do.

Cozy cabin with kitchen, pool table, hot tub and gas fireplace. Comfortable master bed and pullout couch in the living room. The halls are nice and decked for the Chirstmas season.
