We stayed here for four nights. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job at cleaning the room each day. The food at the bar was delicious. We went for breakfast at the Cactus Flower in the lobby and it was very good. The man making the omelets did an excellent job. Jennifer, our waitress was so sweet. She was on top of everything and was so friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect. The pool was ok. Could have been cleaner. Maybe the filter isn't working.

May 22, 2025 · Dawn DGood location, excellent view of the River Walk and the avenue. The only thing I didn't like was the pool; it's very small for such a large hotel, and the water is very cold. There's no bar in the pool area, and if you want something to drink, you'd have to go get it at the bar on the first floor. If you want it delivered to the pool area, it'll be very expensive.
May 21, 2025 · anibal jimenezChecking and valet parking people were nice and helpful Rooms are nice, restaurants may be 2 stars, the lady receiving you at breakfast time in Cariños restaurant rude and grumpy, not welcoming at all, not happy with this service. The next day at breakfast time, the opposite experience, Valerie was the person in charge. She was so sweet and professional. She made our day unforgettable, excellent customer service skills always with a beautiful smile and an awesome attitude, even the food was different and delicious.

Apr 18, 2025 · Valerie VasquezI really like the space and the way the receptionist serves guests is very cheerful and cute. The bedroom & bathroom are very clean and tidy. I especially like and am curious about the fragrance that comes out when I just entered the hotel lobby ☺️. Can I know the name of that essential oil?
