The rooms are dated. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The location right on the beach is perfect. Walks on the beach twice a day even in the rain. The studio style is small but fine for the two of us. View of the water and beach is perfect. Being the first week of April leads to beach walks with full winter gear. We loved the shower in the room, water is hot, pressure is good and stall itself was new and clean. The single rooms have no oven but do have microwave, toaster and 2 burners. Staff was helpful with any needs we had. Great place to stay and visit the area.

Apr 12, 2025 · donna mackenzieSecond night staying there when we discovered our room has BED BUGS confirmed by urgent care. Called management and we were told to send them an email. Staff keeps saying that they have no authority to help us. We were moved to the room next door and have spent 7 hours doing laundry and cleaning every service. Manager is never there and won’t call us back on our cell phone. This is so sad cause I’ve always loved this place. Management is not acting like they care at all. Still haven’t heard from manager. Identified and found evidence of the bugs between the sheets and mattress. Such a gross experience but worst of all is the no response from management to make up for this in any way.
Apr 16, 2025 · Mary DigglePlease be aware, they sell you the rooms as having wifi, but when you arrive you will find out wifi is NOT guaranteed. The oceanfront rooms we stayed in did not have working wifi. The hotel is ok, it's a little old feeling but the bedroom was comfortable and convenient. The rooms are quite hot, and there is no way to control your own heat. The weather was around 40f, but inside the room we were sweating and had to have the door open and fan on 99% of the time. I would stay here again despite the issues. It's good for the price paid. The views are nice from the oceanfront rooms. It would be better once the weather improves and the pool opens, etc.
Apr 13, 2025 · Natalie THot tub doesn't work. Still shows as an amenity even though I've heard it's been down for years. Would have been nice to know there was no hot tub ahead of time. Also the only vending machine in our whole building did not accept any of the dozen bills we had. Front desk closes at night, what people this size doesn't have 24h staff? With no vending it front desk, we couldn't buy a bottle of water after hours. Room was clean and nice, but expected more service.
Nov 23, 2024 · Jason BertrandThe rooms are tiny and super outdated. The dishes in the kitchenette were dirty and the pull-out and Murphy bed were thin and uncomfortable. The price was reasonable for a July hotel reservation in P-town with a pool and private beach. The beach is unkept with lots of seaweed everywhere, but the view and privacy was nice.
