These reviews cannot be legit. We stayed two nights and it’s super dated, ‘80s decor, smells horrible, like there hasn’t been good clean fresh for decades. You will get a note mentioning you can’t park an RV or trailer or camper, so that should be the first alert. The front desk is challenged to get you checked in. It’s in dire need of a complete renovation or a knock down. Sad, because it’s an awesome location.

Jun 06, 2025 · deborah pearsonI had a facial done here and my girl was absolutely fantastic. The spa area could use some updating...the plants look cheap but overall nice. The pool area has affordable food and it was tasty too! Nice place not super fancy.
May 28, 2025 · Jennifer AvilaFelt like the literal back of a camel. Hot, itchy and like they didn’t actually want me there. Police cars with lights on in the parking lot while on the property. Unable to control temp in room. Bed was so itchy. I tried to be in there for an hour and had to check out to go to a new hotel and have a scorching hot shower to wash this place off me. Refused refund for that night although they did refund the other booked 3. I’m sure the place was once good but there is zero real effort into it anymore. Too many good options in Scottsdale to even consider this place
Jun 02, 2025 · Neil FanstoneMAJOR BED BUG WARNING ⚠️⚠️ I stayed at this “resort” with my parents and brother for what was supposed to be 4 nights (5 days) that quickly turned into not even 5 hours. We arrived and checked in and then went to our room and brought all of our stuff inside. We then went out to check out the area as we are not from Arizona and don’t go often. When we got back my dad flipped his pillow over and found a bed bug to which we quickly grabbed all of our stuff and went outside. He went to the front desk to ask for a refund, as we were NOT going to be staying there any longer with this issue. The lady who “helped” him was of no help at all and stuck to their “policy” of zero refunds. They were EXTREMELY rude, especially Dez, the front desk worker. She claimed that the “hotel is in a rural area so we have critters that come down” We never got a refund nor reimbursement for having to find another hotel to stay in at 12AM. Overall terrible experience DO NOT GO.
Jun 13, 2025 · ML Van MaterProperty needs updating. Looks good at a distance. QR codes don't work. No one came to take an order for breakfast. Games are very worn. Pillows are awful. Fan and AC were noisy and kept us up all night.
