For travelers seeking a convenient and potentially budget-friendly lodging option in Seabrook, New Hampshire, the Seabrook Inn presents itself as a consideration when searching for "Hotels Near Of Me." Located at 9 Stard Rd, Seabrook, NH 03874, USA, this inn is positioned for easy access to local routes and the wider New Hampshire seacoast region. Its defining characteristic, according to guest feedback, is the outstanding service provided by its staff, which often balances out other noted concerns.
The Seabrook Inn offers a straightforward and no-frills environment, typical of an inn or motel geared towards practicality. While not luxurious, the ambiance is significantly shaped by the positive interactions with the staff. However, some guests have reported a significant issue with the smell of cigarettes, even in "smoke-free" rooms, which can make the stay uncomfortable. This suggests a challenge in maintaining a completely smoke-free environment. Despite this, the convenience of parking directly in front of the room contributes to a relaxed and accessible feel. The exterior and common areas are functional, aiming to provide a basic but convenient stay for guests. The focus appears to be more on facilitating an easy and pleasant interaction with staff rather than creating a highly stylized or modern environment.
The services and features at Seabrook Inn offer a mix of highly praised elements and areas that might not meet every guest's expectations:
This is undeniably the strongest aspect of the Seabrook Inn, consistently highlighted by guests. Individuals like "Kevin" and the rest of the staff are lauded for being "of great help," "incredibly friendly and helpful," and displaying "kindness and attentiveness." One particularly powerful review describes the staff as coming "together and offered a solution to our problem" during a "stroke of horrible luck upon leaving," making it "one of the most pleasurable experiences we have had at an INN." This level of empathy and proactive problem-solving demonstrates a truly guest-centric approach, which is a major draw and reason for high recommendation.
Another significant positive feature is the ability to "park right in front of my room every night." This drive-up access provides immense convenience, especially for travelers with luggage or those who prefer direct access to their vehicle. This amenity is highly valued and contributes to a stress-free experience.
The inn offers breakfast, but it has received mixed reviews. Guests have described it as a "disappointing" "limited selection," consisting mainly of "bread slices, English muffins, butter and jelly, boiled eggs, bananas, cereal, and machine-dispensed juice and coffee." While it provides a basic start to the day, those expecting variety or healthier options like fresh fruits beyond bananas might find it lacking. This suggests a functional but not expansive breakfast offering.
While the rooms offer basic necessities, there are specific areas of concern. The "bed was by far the most uncomfortable," leading to poor rest for one guest. Additionally, issues with the shower, specifically "water pressure made it nearly impossible to rinse out shampoo fully," were noted by a female guest. These points suggest that while the rooms are functional, the comfort of the beds and the quality of the shower experience may vary or not meet universal expectations. The reported "smell of cigarettes" in a non-smoking room is also a significant concern, impacting the overall comfort of the room. Typical in-room amenities like a television, air conditioning, and a private bathroom would generally be expected.
While not explicitly stated in the provided reviews, many inns in this category, particularly those with direct exterior room access, often have a pet-friendly policy. It is highly recommended to confirm this directly with the inn if traveling with pets, including any associated fees or restrictions.
Most inns today offer complimentary Wi-Fi, which would be a standard expectation at Seabrook Inn. However, the reviews do not specifically comment on the quality or speed of the internet connection.
The Seabrook Inn is located at 9 Stard Rd, Seabrook, NH 03874, USA. This address places it near major transportation routes, making it easily accessible for travelers using I-95. While not directly on the beach, Seabrook is part of the New Hampshire Seacoast region, and attractions like Hampton Beach are a short drive away. The inn's location makes it a practical choice for those visiting nearby businesses, commuting, or exploring the wider area, including:
As an independent inn, Seabrook Inn's promotional activities might not be as widespread as large hotel chains. Direct communication is often the most effective way to inquire about specific details and potential offers.
In conclusion, the Seabrook Inn stands out primarily for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, epitomized by Kevin's service, and its convenient parking. While guests should be aware of potential issues with smoke odor, bed comfort, and basic breakfast offerings, the inn's commitment to guest satisfaction through its staff makes it a noteworthy option for those searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" in the Seabrook area, especially for those who value personal attention and practical amenities.

May 05, 2025 · Mr. GI recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. Despite booking a smoke-free room, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming, which made my stay uncomfortable from the start. As a woman, I also faced issues with the shower. It was difficult to properly wash my hair, as the water pressure made it nearly impossible to rinse out shampoo fully. The breakfast was disappointing. It was the same limited selection every day, consisting mostly of bread slices, English muffins, butter and jelly, boiled eggs, bananas, cereal, and machine-dispensed juice and coffee. I typically expect a bit more variety, especially when it comes to fruits and healthier options. The bed was by far the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. I barely got any rest during my stay, which affected my overall experience. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference and somewhat balanced out the negative aspects of my stay. Another plus was being able to park right in front of my room every night, which was convenient. While I appreciated the friendliness staff and convenient parking, the other issues made it hard to fully enjoy my time here.

Feb 24, 2025 · Stan RiceNo Wi-Fi, broken TV, itchy sheets, rude staff, terrible breakfast. If this place was $50 I’d give it a 3-star, but for a hundred bucks I at least wanna watch Futurama reruns
May 07, 2025 · John KaneBooked here for the convenience it has to Hampton Beach & the Price was Good. Just a heads up they "don't accept" online banking cards such as Cashapp, Chime, and PayPal debit/credit cards. In fairness, I DID read the reviews regarding the smell... and it was all true. It's very musky, smells like old water in the rooms. Even with airing it out, the air was thick. Even spraying it down and the window didn't have a screen so we couldn't really keep it open due to bugs. They really need to rip out the carpets ASAP. The rooms are a bit outdated, the towels had some stains on them. The pools were okay and kept clean, however the big bucket was broken along with the water slide and the pool are hours are 10am-7pm unfortunately it closes so early. Didn't make it to the light breakfast because it ended at 930. I don't recommend bringing small children here or people with respiratory issues due to the smell and air quality in the rooms. Would I stay here again? As a last resort.
