I'm done with the Sleep Inn brand choice. I realize that when. I arrived for check in I was early. But when a hotel can, they accommodate that. We'll Harry treated me like a criminal when I walked up to the property. He blocked my path and he just kept saying, no, you can't check in til 3...which I'm aware but that whole interaction with him was unfriendly. He didn't even attempt to offer me an alternative. The outside appearance of the property is really shabby. I can only image the rooms and the parking lot is super tiny. The shuttle driver nearly rear-ended me when I was trying to pull in. They don't have to worry about me coming back. They don't even care about Diamond Elite status; they need to be removed from the Holiday Inn brand. I won't be returning there or to any other Sleep Inn hotels

Sleep Inn Atlanta Airport focuses on providing core amenities for a comfortable and efficient stay, aligning with the Sleep Inn brand's promise of essential services at a sensible price:
Sleep Inn Atlanta Airport's appeal lies in its focus on providing a streamlined and efficient stay, particularly for those on a budget or needing airport proximity:
It's important to address some of the concerns raised in customer reviews. While general brand information suggests Sleep Inn hotels are often pet-friendly (welcoming two pets with breed restrictions and fees), the specific property's policy can vary. Some sources indicate this Sleep Inn location does not allow pets. Guests must confirm the pet policy directly with the hotel if traveling with animals. Reviews have highlighted issues with staff interaction, particularly regarding early check-in requests, and significant problems with security deposits and refunds. While one review praises staff as "friendly" and "courteous," another describes an "unfriendly" interaction and a "fishy" situation regarding a deposit refund. These inconsistencies suggest that guest experience with service quality can vary, and it's advisable for guests to confirm all financial policies upon check-in.
Sleep Inn Atlanta Airport targets users on "Hotels Near Of Me" who primarily seek affordability and convenience, especially in relation to the airport:
Promotional messaging would likely emphasize the "free airport shuttle," "free grab-and-go breakfast," "comfortable memory foam beds," and its "affordable rates." Guests are strongly advised to contact the hotel directly at (770) 299-2427 or +1 770-299-2427 for the most current rates, availability, shuttle schedules, and to confirm all policies, particularly regarding check-in times and security deposits, to ensure a smooth and predictable stay. While some customer experiences highlight areas for improvement in service consistency and property maintenance, the hotel's core offering of airport proximity and value remains its central appeal.

May 03, 2025 · T FStayed here 6/2024 and had a pleasant time. Came back 4/2025 and they switched my room immediately after I checked in and settled my items. It was weird because the man acted as if he was going to watch me repack my items and leave to the other room and I said uh you can go sir thank you. Then to top it off it’s been two weeks and I haven’t gotten my room deposit back. Last time I was refunded immediately after. I used the same card as well and now here we are two weeks later and no refund. It’s honestly crazy because I’ve called and they have stopped answering calls or I’m calling at the wrong time. Either way I knew it was fishy the moment the money never came back like it did last time. I’ve already consulted with my bank and they are working on getting my refund because it’s honestly insane they would sit and take the money without notice or anything.
Apr 28, 2025 · Chemica GriffinDeceptive pricing. When you check the price on this hotel, don't believe it. From the time I checked it and the time arrived (3 hours), the cost had gone from $78 to over $100. Management justifies the deceptive practice. I call it what it is: bait and switch. And yes, of course it was the manager we talked with and challenged the pricing on. And no, he would not budge on it.
May 19, 2025 · Bonner DavisThe hotel was ok. A little overpriced but ok, the only issue is the shuttle. It takes too long so be prepared to call an Uber if you are in a tight schedule with your flights.
May 16, 2025 · Deverly FonsecaDO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel is highly unreliable and a poor choice for accommodations. My sister-in-law and I called one of their sister hotels to book a room, as they were fully booked. They assured us a room was available at this location, gave us the hotel’s phone number, and confirmed a free ferry would be running until 1 AM. However, after waiting at the airport for the ferry, it never arrived. We tried calling the hotel repeatedly—over 100 times—with no answer. Since they had already charged our credit card for the night, we decided to take an Uber to the hotel despite our concerns. Upon arrival, the front desk was empty, and we had to knock on a closed door until someone finally appeared. We called the hotel again in front of the staff, showing that no one had answered, and it seemed like their phone line was either off or completely ignored. To make matters worse, the front desk associate informed us that the ferry only runs until 11 PM, not 1 AM as we were told, meaning we had unnecessarily waited outside for hours. He also neglected to mention that breakfast was available until 9 AM. The lack of communication throughout the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were in poor condition. The elevator smelled bad, the room was uncomfortably hot, and the bathroom was dirty. Overall, this experience was frustrating, misleading, and disappointing. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel!
