I had high expectations for the Atlanta Airport Marriott, especially as I typically associate Marriott with luxury and comfort. Unfortunately, this location did not meet those expectations at all. The room felt very basic—more like something you'd find at a Motel 6 rather than a high-end airport hotel. The furnishings were minimal & felt cheap, and the overall atmosphere was far from what I would expect from a Marriott. I do want to mention, however, that my experience at the hotel’s restaurant was a pleasant one. My server was extremely sweet and attentive, which was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing stay. Ultimately, I wish I had chosen to stay at the Westin instead, which I believe would have offered a much better experience. For the price and reputation that Marriott holds, I expected a higher quality of service and accommodations. My room felt cheap, and I felt it didn’t reflect the standard I thought the Marriott brand upheld.

May 18, 2025 · Hannah GI have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel! The housekeeping is wonderful, and the service is nothing short of amazing! I stayed for 3 nights, and each night I stayed at the hotel for dinner. All the staff are personable, attentive, and friendly! Kim down at the lobby bar and restaurant surely stole the show with her southern charm! Keep up the great work!!

The food and drinks were good, but costed 2-3 times what it would at a normal restaurant. Strange, but great location.
May 16, 2025 · Steven DavisLet’s start with the service at the front desk. My guy T.(yes, that’s his name). His style is smooth and comforting to guests. Very knowledgeable of the area and of how to treat people. Jack and Myles will keep the drinks and sushi rolls coming. The accommodations are great with pool and gym access. I recommend the blackened salmon and Southern Cobb Salad. Parking is $35 a night-PAY IT for peace of mind!!!

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, the meeting rooms were comfortable, and the hotel room was wonderful. I dined at the bar Sunday night. I found the bartenders amazing, and the food delicious! I would definitely stay here again.
