Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. You can see they work hard just from their attitudes. I stayed May 3-4, 2025. The airport had canceled a ton of flights due to a storm the night of the 3rd and imagine it was very chaotic as every hotel in the area was sold out. Checked in at about 2 am the shuttle driver was very helpful, the gentleman working the front desk was friendly, polite and helpful. When I got up, the desk was again extremely friendly, happy to help with anything I needed. All the staff carried an air of positivity. The building itself is a bit on the dated said but not bad by any means. Every thing was clean and well put together. All the amenities that you would expect were there and as they should. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever from me.

May 04, 2025 · Scott HannaI had a pleasant stay here! The location is super convenient, being close to the airport, which made my travel plans much easier. The price was reasonable, especially considering the big, spacious rooms that provided plenty of comfort. The only downside was that one of the front desk girl seemed a little rude, which was disappointing, but overall, the stay was still enjoyable. If you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, this is a solid option!
Mar 24, 2025 · bodaangel krithikaLocation close to airport with shuttle was nice. There are no walking options once at the hotel. Service was fine but was charged $18 for parking when online said $14. Breakfast is pay only at $18 per person when I went. I did not partake as I find a sufficient breakfast elsewhere for less. The room was adequate for sleeping for a night and the price reflected this minimalist attitude. If i had paid more I would have complained about the TV cutting in and out, reading light bulb being blown, and shower not being too standard (raw pipe behind the shower faucet not covered by caulk or plate, and hair in the bathroom sink upon arrival). I was also annoyed that the indoor pool was drained but I will admit fault for not checking beforehand about it's status.
Apr 25, 2025 · Char LeI have never been to a hotel where the staff was so helpful, positive, and welcoming. I didn’t catch the woman’s name at the front desk, but she really was very helpful and made you smile. I’ll call her “baby girl” because she used that phrase. Even the staff in the dining room were all very kind and quick to get you taken care of. It seemed as though everyone working there was in a good mood. They made you feel welcome and it really a made a difference. Thank you! That’s hard to find these days.
Mar 25, 2025 · Maren MistrettaPros: Some of the best customer service I’ve encountered from the front desk employees. They were very kind and responsive to a last minute switch to a lower floor for us. Room was satisfactory. No issues at all, minus there were only two towels to start but the front desk took care of that easily. We had 2 queens and there weren’t any issues. Location was great! Close to the airport and the international center. Con’s: Breakfast, Breakfast, and Breakfast. I expected a nice breakfast buffet at $18 a person but it was so disappointing, especially for that price. I have been to budget motels that have had a wider selection of breakfast items for free. It was basic, basic hotel fare and the service was in stark contrast to everything else we experienced. I felt as I was bothering the attendant to ask for things like silverware. Several items were either low or missing at the buffet as well. Luckily my Hilton status afforded us 2 free tickets and I just had to pay the $36 for the kids. But I had to give up points for the stay to do it. That was are main complaint. There was a strange smell coming in the back doors into the lobby but tolerable. Overall one of the best customer service experiences from a front desk and bartender experience. We would stay here again but just skip out on the breakfast part. I would rather get the points than any kind of meal credit. Hope this helps!
