We arrived around 10pm to check in and to find out the hotel was completely booked and had given our room to someone else. They thought we just weren’t coming (at 10pm??) and just left us without a room or any options. I jumped online and found a room available here so I quickly reserved it online and we drove a few minutes down the road to get here. When I arrived I was blown away with the kindness and hospitality of the ladies at the front desk. They didn’t know about our experience earlier in the night at a different hotel, but made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service! Kim (who was at the front desk) had a HUGE smile, was warm and friendly and even thanked us for choosing to come here. The hotel itself is extremely clean, updated and the room was amazing!! Five stars all around and I would highly recommend this hotel because of their above and beyond service! This is so rare anymore …. well done Kim and Embassy Suites!!
Feb 23, 2025 · Drone FamilyNice room, but.. if you need shuttle service from the airport SKIP this place. The shuttle rarely runs and the driver didn't even stop when it finally did get to the airport. I had called twice so they should have known that there were passengers to pick up.

I have visited this location at least 10 times for governmental business, and she is undoubtedly the best person I have encountered. The staff I encountered during check-in on Monday was completely different from her. I arrived Monday morning from a red-eye flight, and they were gathered, discussing the recent turnover in the company. Upon my arrival, I was met with a lack of greetings and attentiveness from those present. As mentioned earlier, this was my 10th stay, and I was pleased to see Ellisha still with the company, especially considering the recent turnover discussions among the Monday Morning staff. As I keep traveling and staying at the Embassy Suites, I hope they have brought on more staff members like Ellisha. Thank you, Ellisha! Your kindness was incredibly beneficial and delightful. Mar 27, 2025 · Joy RobinsonOur stay had several issues. My husband did check-in and said the front desk person was rude when he tried to verify handicap availability. The elevator only paused at our floor and did not open, paused at another floor, then finally opened on the next floor. I figured out by the end of the trip, that if you pushed the button again during the pause that it would settle and open, but I do not like malfunctioning elevators. The shower curtain rod was installed upside down, so there was nothing to keep the curtain from slipping, so it only covered the middle 2-3ft. The water temperature panel behind the faucet in the tub/shower was hanging loose/upside down, when I fixed it it was still opposite of how you had to turn the knob for hot or cold water. I tried to press the button on the phone for Front Desk because we needed some more linen, but the phone did not work. I took my daughter to the pool, but there was a large group of older children there screaming and racing laps. The pool water was cloudy, had a layer of film on top, and a lot of hair was floating in it. An adult showed up, but they just yelled louder than the kids to facilitate the pool races. Breakfast was good, but the staff kept having to tell unsupervised children to stop running and to go back to their room and put shoes on. It was not the experience I expected from an embassy Suites.
