This hotel was pretty clean and the front desk staff was nice. The room served its purpose for us just passing through; however, we were surprised that the double room beds were full size. A little less than ideal for couples, but again, it served its purpose with no major complaints.

May 20, 2025 · Morgan IslesI came here to stay a week with my family for a vacation in NC. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms and small but nice. They have a small shower which I don’t really like, but it’s decent for a hotel. Breakfast is served 6:30-9:30am but I wish it was until 10:30 because it makes me feel like I need to set an alarm to make it to eat. Eggs and sausage are only served on weekends, but it’s good. The staff is okay, they have loud conversations in the hallways instead of working and cleaning our rooms. I stayed for 9 days and they only cleaned my room twice, I mean at least they cleaned it but I feel like if they didnt have alot of conversations they would’ve been able to clean it more, because the lady at the front desk said they would clean it at least twice A DAY. One day I was staying and I went to get breakfast and this lady already cleaned it up before 9:30am. It was only 8:45am and they was already cleaning it up: Also they are always out of milk. Maybe it just gets used alot or they just don’t replace it. Also there was ALOT of homeless people, it was unsafe just for me and my family to stay.
Apr 23, 2025 · Hannah PriceWonderful stay. Very clean rooms. Very quiet. Will definitely be my home away from home when I'm out there.
May 02, 2025 · Christine SearceyHotel was pretty good overall for an overnight stay. Room was nice, not a big fan of the bathroom but it was clean! The only thing to note was that there was a hvac unit or something on the floor that sounded like it was shorting out and could hear like an electric spark/click that was concerning when I first checked in, the following day when I was checking out I did not hear it. Breakfast was only from 6:30-9:30am, wish it was at least until 10:30, cause I felt like I had to set an alarm to make sure to get breakfast before they cleared up everything.
Oct 29, 2024 · Seth SterlinThe location was near the mall which was great. The desk attendants were very helpful. The room was not good. We got the misfortune of being put in room 302 and the hotel was completely booked. The room had a terrible odor. Not exactly sure what it was. The bathroom floor was sticky, and there was mold in the grout next to the shower. The bathroom door was off the track and would not close. We just couldn't stay in that room as the odor was turning my wife's stomach. Since the hotel was completely booked we ended up having to leave and find another hotel.
