One thing I may want the hotel to note is the room I stayed having a bit smell of smoking mixed with the odor neutralizing room spray. It is not avoidable if the previous guests smoked indoor. I was sensitive to smoke smell but it was just too late for me to request for a new room.

The room we were staying at had a smell of cigarettes, and when we went to the front to comment on it, concerned that we would be charged for smoking, she opted in on letting us see if we wanted to look at one of the newer model rooms and see if it was a good fit! Good customer service is appreciated, but great customer service should be displayed for the whole world to see! Thank you Evelyn for the great service and recommendation! You made our stay a whole lot better!

The outlets on the left side of the bed weren't there. The lights on the bed worked half the time. Shower had broken rods everywhere and would sputter when you took a hot shower. The hot tub was lukewarm. When we asked for extra towels they said we had to return them back to the front counter or we would be charging for them. I don't know of any hotel that does that. Front desk was rude. And the floor in the room was disgusting! Wi-Fi didn't work the whole time we were there and we had to call a third party about the Wi-Fi because it "wasn't the front desk's job to do that " And the TV would bug out and not come off the home screen a couple of times.

No working ice machine. The disappointment was in the deposit refund. They kept a portion saying that it was for towel damage... I never heard of such a thing. In reading other reviews seems this is a common thing. So a cheaper rate is made up by keeping part of your security deposit.
