Feb 13, 2022 · Matthew GraceThis is not a hotel,it is a city shelter.Too bad,because I had out of town visitors that I wanted near to my house and public transportation to stay there and was shock to learn they had no vacancies until sometime in 2018. When I called for reservations I was told the place was completely filled,however the parking lot was completely empty. I stayed in the parking lot for about 30 minutes and noticed families with groceries and laundry coming and going.Would have been nice to have bonefide hotel nearby,and not a city shelter or hot sheets place

It's a great location, you can just leave your car at the parking lot and go shopping in the many stores close by. This is definetly where we will be going every time we go to New York. We recommend it to everyone.

The same rag they use on the floor to clean they use for toilet and sink and tub. They also have bed bugs. I've seen them. I know because they use the top floors as a placement for shelter people and I used to take care of someone who lives there. These people are frauds. They are nice and friendly from the outside but they are mean and nasty on the inside. They just want your money. FRAUDS!!! I am a witness.

VERY SUSPICIOUS! and oddly they have no prices for next weeks booking. You can't book online. It only says call to Reserve. no matter what date u give them, they say there's no Vacancy. BEWARE GUYS!
