Nice place for our big group to stay in a convenient location. The area is “up and coming” with some nice places to eat etc along with homeless people and sketchy surroundings. One of our cars got ransacked and we were begged for change every morning on our way out. We had two apartments which were well stocked and clean. Some of the layouts were a bit odd but it added to the 120 year old feel of the place!

It was perfect for our group as we each had our own bedroom but we had a communal space to hangout. Book through their site directly to save on other booking sites! Be sure to get a burger and fries at Toasty’s down the street. It’s delicious!
Oct 28, 2024 · Thomas DownsBooked the entire guesthouse for our wedding weekend. The owner let us come see the space before booking it, which was extremely helpful. The space was perfect to accommodate most of our wedding party and family comfortably. We utilized the top floor for our rehearsal dinner, which was around 50 people. We also utilized the top floor for the bridal party getting ready and the photos turned out to be beautiful in that space. The location of the guesthouse is perfect for getting to downtown Louisville which is where our wedding venue was. My only feedback would be when planning the staff was not super timely with responses for catering, table and chair rentals and chauffeur recommendations. Also the options presented were extremely expensive. I would recommend doing your own research for outside vendors. However the staff was very accommodating for the other vendors we decided to use. The other downside was the stairs, but we knew that going into it so totally out of their control. Just something to consider there is no elevator so just keep that in mind when renting it out the top floor! Overall would definitely book here again!

We rented the Guesthouse for Derby Weekend, and I would rent it again in a heartbeat. The customer service was amazing, anything we needed they saw too promptly. The unit was clean and furnished well. The venue was so pretty it needed very little to decorate for a dinner party! I have only amazing things to say about The Swepson and Superstays managing team, they were the best!

Our large group of friends was in town for a weekend getaway, and this rental was the perfect choice. The space was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the large kitchen, which was perfect for cooking group meals. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a great rental property for a large group, this is the one to choose!
