This is one of my favorite places to go for the Hot Brown. There is no better place in the world. I was hoping to see Sue the hostess but she retired. I had met her last year and she was so delightful. We did enjoy Louise Riley. She was so kind and told us a lot about the hotel and the area. So friendly and of course the hot brown was AMAZING! If you are in the area you must try this delicious plate of food. You will not be disappointed

May 07, 2025 · Jody GrayI recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the outstanding service, particularly in the bars and restaurants. The staff are what truly set this property apart—they are warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their dedication and friendliness are the heartbeat of this hotel and made a lasting impression on me. The dining and bar experiences exceeded my expectations for a hotel. The food was consistently excellent, and the atmosphere vibrant, with both guests and locals clearly enjoying what the hotel has to offer. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant, though they could benefit from a light refresh—some updated paint and newer furnishings would go a long way. That said, the location more than made up for it. It strikes the perfect balance: close to the action but just far enough away to ensure a peaceful night’s rest. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the attention to cleaning details. The entry areas, glass, and floors between doors could use a deeper clean, and the elevators could benefit from a bit of care. Additionally, housekeeping in the room felt a bit rushed—trash wasn’t removed, and coffee supplies weren’t replenished as they should have been. Despite these minor issues, I would absolutely stay here again. The incredible staff and overall experience make this a property I’d gladly recommend.
Apr 27, 2025 · Jim CI had the pleasure of staying at the charming Brown Hotel again, and couldn’t be more delighted! This historic gem beautifully combines vintage character with modern comforts. The ornate architecture and antique decor took me back in time, while the room had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to share stories about the hotel’s rich history. I left looking forward and eager to return! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience.
Apr 19, 2025 · Peter James JoyceStayed here for a week and the hotel what nice and clean. They provide fresh linen every day, along with toiletries. Their conference room had large space. Their food was amazing! You should try their pies and ice cream! They also have private parking spaces right next to the hotel. They have a bar where you can relax and enjoy a drink with friends.
Feb 21, 2025 · B. HonestMy friend and I visited The Brown Hotel this past week for a girls get away. From the moment we approached the concierge’s desk we were met with 5 star service from Curtis. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The hospitality did not stop there, from the bar service to the bellhops, we felt the 5 star service throughout our stay.
