I don’t like how the pool smells like Clorox, also every time I have stayed the bathroom has something wrong it could be the shower or a faucet or rarely the toilet I haven’t check under the bedsheet so I can’t tell you if it’s good or bad but the hallways do stink since they allowed animals that’s mostly what it smell like Breakfast it’s eh

So there were security guards at all of the side doors. I didn't see any questionable people. I felt safe.The sheer curtains were shredded. The black out curtains were dirty. The fridge was clean and cold. No blankets on the bed. I turned the heat up and brought my own blanket. The bolts coming up from the side of the toilet were about 4 inches long. What a terrible thing if a kid fell on them. The caulking next to the tub was kind of nasty. The drain in the tub was coming apart. There was hot water. The towels were small, thin, rough and cheap. The breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal, packets of oatmeal, tiny store bought stale muffins. Thank God Starbucks is just down the street. I looked at the pool. It was small but it appeared to be clean. It's enclosed. I was gone most days Sightseeing etc..

Absolutely the most disgusting and pathetic and disgraceful and revolting hotel room I have ever stayed in. To start with the few positives there was electricity in the room besides that there are no positives. some negatives include…no bolt lock on the door looks to be completely torn off, black mold and rotting ceiling in the shower, bathroom tub brown, sticky surfaces everywhere, hair bed bugs urine stains and blood stains on the bedding and mattresses, AC does not work at all and room is hot, smells like body odor urine and cigarettes. I would not recommend this place for even dogs or wild animals to stay for 15 minutes. I would not stay here if i was paid to stay here. RUN…

Toilet seat was barely attached. Drain in tub was clogged with hair (and the stopper came completely out). The tub was dirty (water made the surface of the tub light brown, so I had to clean it). The bathroom door knob would get stuck in the wall when it was opened. The coat rack had one of the supports unattached from the wall. Most of the exterior doors were propped open (with people wearing a shirt reading "security", but they had zero interaction with whoever entered). I used to work for a Best Western and know the standards that should be met. THIS HOTEL IS NOT BEST WESTERN QUALITY. I WENT BACK TWO WEEKS LATER... The smells in the hotel are still there. Doors are still propped open. We began our three night stay in one room. The air conditioner was leaking all over the rug. I reported this to the front desk first thing in the first morning. I also asked for a screwdriver so I could tighten the toilet seat in this room (they obviously do not know how to attach toilet seats...this was the same as our first visit two weeks ago). Upon returning to the hotel, six hours later, nothing had been done to correct the situation. We were moved to another room. THE ROOM REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. A positive was that at least this bathroom door was not hung upside down and you could use the hook on the back of the door. This was one of the newly updated rooms (so they said). Water had obviously leaked out of the refrigerator when it defrosted, so you had to be careful not to trip on the bubble in the rug. The tub did not drain so while you showered your feet were submerged in water as the level in the tub increased. The bathroom fan cover dangled from the ceiling from one edge (the humidity from the shower had already warped the drop ceiling they installed [the panels were make out of cardboard like material]). The specks of white paint on the new floor illustrated how fast they tried to "update" the look. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN...I would also consider never staying at any Best Western hotel again. Best Western used to care about quality. This place is a two star hotel AT BEST.

This place is disgusting. The rooms are not good. There are bus loads of illegal immigrants living in the motel. The inner portion of the motel is filled with rooms of families that have very little space. The kids play in the parking lot after school. There is a cafeteria set up. Security is set up by all of the doors. No one speaks English. As soon as we figured out what was going on, we grabbed our bags and left without a refund.
